I walk in the store and I didn’t even get greeted. It was only 2 people working and the line started to build up. One of the white guys greeted the people that came in behind me, but I still didn’t get acknowlege. It should be called r-mobile for racist the way I couldn’t get service in there.

We had questions about their internet service. The representative was very patient & knowledgeable. We decided to try T-Mobile service and like it better than Cox. It is even less expensive for better quality.

Friendly staff! They had the iPhone I needed in stock and the staff was able to get my storage transferred over in store. Very pleasant interaction with the store! Even though it took me a good hour to get everything transferred over from my previous phone, they were very pleasant to deal with!

Store is horrible. See that invisible scratch? You can only find it if you run your nail over the phone, can't even feel it, heck you can't even see it. But apparently if you speaker goes out on a 5 month old phone that invisible scratch will cause them to deny a warranty on the phone speaker. Don't use this store, don't use T-mobile. Horrible customer service, Manager had nothing to say but "we won't accept this". I will be leaving T-mobile for a company that actually has customer service.

I simply went in there to buy a SIM card that was all and the kid was completely rude and seem like I was bothering him.On my way out after his horrible service I asked the kid what his job title was he said customer service representative.I said maybe then you should represent the customer and not be rude if your job is customer service...just saying?

Walked in to the T-Mobile in the Arizona Mills today to trade in my phone. Alannah was extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. I really appreciated how open she was with how many questions I had. She was transparent with price and worked to find the best price for me. I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 11 to a iPhone 14 Pro and snagged the last one in the store. We ran into technical difficulties when transferring over the data from one to another, so we decided to head home. Within an hour, Alannah had taken the initiative to call to tell us there were more issues but was completely upfront with it and told us she'd give us a call when it was done. She had excellent customer service work and she's the reason we will be coming back to this location.

Alex at the Az Mill store is awesome. Helped me out fixing my phone. I really wanted to throw it over the balcony. But Alex saved the day and my phone. Thanks Alex...........You deserve a raise great customer service

Absolutely the best sales person I’ve dealt with since I’ve been in phoenix. Derek C. Young great man who Greeted me within seconds of walking in the store looking for an upgrade with my phone. The staff there as well were amazing. After a few laughs & whatnot , Left out the store 2hrs later with a new phone/a new Apple Watch that was perfect for me & also with my job. Derek explain throughly of everything that I needed to know and help me understand how everything was being billed. I highly recommend this T-Mobile to any one who has this service whether you’re stopping by to shop or pay a bill! Ask for Derek. Tell em ya boy Tony sent me !

This review is for T-Mobile internet. The bandwidth continues to reduce. It fluctuates between alright (70 MBPS average) all the way down to 9 MBPS. I bought a new TV and I don't know if it functions correctly because it's totally warped out by slow and fluctuating internet. My security system would not connect to the provider. So I couldn't adjust it. If you call them they'll either tell you that they're adding a new tower, or one is down for service. They stay down for service weeks at a time. I've realized they've oversold their product and so have become just like Century Link and Cox...crappy and respectless. If you like to see the circular trying to load arrow on computer and TV content, this service is for you.

The T-Mobile location nearest Rainforest Cafe on the west side of Arizona Mills is a franchise I recommend nobody go there they are very rude and don't resolve your problems. I went to the T-Mobile on the east side of Arizona Mills and they were very helpful. And this T-Mobile is Corporate so that's the best place to go at Arizona Mills.

Flor Cruz was an amazing worker here who helped my phone situation after being offline for over 3 weeks. Simple walk in and she was able to call, figure out the problem and have me up an running within minutes. 10/10 would come back again for her if I ever have any future problems.
