Thank you Gaby! We went to this T-Mobile Branch to had a number added to my account, and are so glad we did. The store was clean & very professional looking, and Gabby was extremely helpful, and super-extremely patient with us! ? Thank you again Gaby (or was it Gabby?...please excuse if it is misspelled!) You went above and beyond for sure, and we can't recommend you and your store highly enough!

I did not know that there was a store here at this location. It's tucked away but conveniently located. Staff was friendly and greet you when you enter. Place is clean. And you Noticed their Super Cool looking New Uniforms. Very professional looking. They should let the Customers purchase their t-shirts.

Terrible customer service experience1) Strike 1: charged a $35 activation fee for a second iPhone when it is was clearly already charged at another T-Mobile store with evidence to back it up2) Strike 2: Could not print nor email a receipt for a new iPhone 14 when it was picked up at this store….hear that again! No one in the store could print or email a receipt for $1200 iPhone3) Strike 3: only given a $200 turn in rebate for an iPhone 13 when the published and online T-Mobile listing for this iPhone was $4004) Strike 4 (it keeps going): gave customer a box and told them to go to the post office to turn in second old iPhone on account. Other T-Mobile easily accepted old iPhone and handled all of the turn in paperwork.Absolutely abysmal and lazy customer service and super shady dealings they could have cost customer $235 if it wasn’t double checked by customer.

HORRIBLE “CUSTOMER SERVICE”I’ve been sent from one store to the next door to the next store because they’re not corporate stores, all I need is a pin number for my phone so that I can do an insurance claim. I walk in the door and these people are completely rude to me, and they tell me that they don’t know if they can send me a pin number, it might take 24 hours to reset my pin number, blah blah blah blah blah, blah blah it’s like they intentionally want to upset me more. Once they had me in tears and crying, then they go ahead and send me over my pin number and look at me like I’m crazy.I appreciate the fact that you get off on traumatizing people but it’s not cool and this was a horrible experience for me and I’m going to Verizon

The store manager, Nick Butler, is condescending and useless. Instead of leading as a good example of how to treat customers, he chose to let me take my business elsewhere on my 3rd visit in 9 days for 1 phone. He is totally fake and is a detriment to any company that employs him.

Have had previous interactions with other employees at this location with really poor customer service, but today had the pleasure of meeting Colton. Very courteous and professional we were in and out all our questions answered. Our interaction exceeded our expectations.

Went to this store. Manager and the employee are very professional. Make sure T-mobile by the 101 and southern. These folks great and help with any issues having. Skip the store on southern and McClintock and go here 101 southern. Get real good customer service

Worst t-mobile store ever. Incompetent employees and the manager Colton is the most unprofessional fool I have ever met. I wish I could give 0 stars. Colton, the manager of the store, does not know how to do his job; He is very insecure about that fact so he refuses to call t-mobile customer service for help and will instead say that his store is just a 3rd party and can't do what the rest of t-mobile can do (this is code for "I don't have any idea how to do this and I don't want to try to learn"). He needs to learn how to listen to his customers and how to ask someone more knowledgeable for help. DO NOT GO HERE. An employee at his store messed up my changeover from AT&T and cost me a lot of money ($2000 total) that he guaranteed I would not be charged for since I had the deal locked into my account. He also guaranteed me free Samsung headphones because it was Saturday after black Friday. He said he would ensure the bill was correct and that the deal stayed on my account while I dealt with AT&T stonewalling me from leaving. He even said he would call me after it went through to ensure this. He never called. No biggie, mistakes happen and that employee was nice and tried his best. I went back to the store to try to fix this error so that I wouldn't be charged full price for my phone and headphones. Colton repeated how he is great at his job for an hour while also saying he couldn't do anything and that I should go to another t-mobile store. I asked him to call customer service (part of his job) to ask for help to fix his employee's error. He said no and again repeated how great he is at his job. What a joke. A $2000 bill on a "guaranteed" free bill and no attempt to help fix it. Real great work Colton...you stood there are talked about yourself and didn't do any work. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time.

I want to say a big thank you to Shay for helping me out in a stressful situation. I'm traveling and my phone stopped charging and he helped me understand my options and got me on my way. I also noticed that Shay was very kind to other folks entering the store, and I appreciated it a lot.
