Is there a negative star here because this was the WORST Metro PCS EVER!!! Both the store manager (Chris) and her assistant (Leslie) were very impatient with my questions, dishonest about the kind of services I could get, rude beyond compare, did not ask for my permission prior to making changes to my account, and then they both refused to undo the damage they did to my account while I was still in the shop, even though it was a problem Leslie herself created! Also, before I left, Chris made a point to tell me she had ALREADY documented a comment on my account so it would look like I agreed to the changes, even though I had not given them my permission to change anything, so it would look like they did nothing wrong (?!?!), and when I asked for their supervisor, Chris literally said, "I don't have to give customers my last name, a supervisor's contact name or info, or even provide service anymore if I don't want to!!!" Well, I don't have to give this business owner my money either! The biggest irony is that once I got to the next Metro PCS store their customer service rep said I was the THIRD person to leave that store and end up in THEIR shop!!! That should tell you all you need to know already. I hope they BOTH get fired. Do NOT go into this store unless you want to waste your time and money.
