Really tired of being harassed by the pushy AT&T reps in the electronic section every time I visit the store. Its worse than the mall kiosks.
Seriously, there's an entire side of the store I have to avoid now just to stay away from them

Will no longer shop at Target given their rollback of DEI policies

I am a door dasher and I had an order to shop for at this Target. Everything was fine initially, I have gotten pretty efficient with shopping for orders as I’ve gained more experience as a dasher. This Target order was half of a 2 stop order. The first was hot food from Applebees so I was on the move and groove attempting to deliver my customers hot food as soon as I could. I approach the registers, in which there were 2 lines open (with long lines) excluding self checkout. I went to self checkout as there would have been just 1 person ahead of me. An employee walks directly up to me and without asking any questions kicks me out of the line. I explained that I had a DoorDash order with hot food waiting, she looked at me again and said, you cannot stay here. I cooperated because my biggest concern was just getting to my customer. I finally get to self checkout and I checked out 11 items and the limit was 10. I get it, rules are rules, but 1 item? My customer was texting me asking where I was. I apologized and explained to her the situation. Her order took approximately an extra 15 minutes. As o was heading out of the door, I asked the last if she even took the time to look in my cart and see how many items I actually had. Because 11 is pretty close to 10, she said “I don’t need to.” She called over a man, I quickly explained to him my dissatisfaction with the customer service. He said “what do you want me to do?”. I said talk to her maybe? She didn’t ask any questions, didn’t hear anything I had to say. Rules are rules, and I understand that, but this seemed to be a bit petty and uncalled for. They were both pretty rude. I’m not good with names, so I took photos of them/name tags with their permission. Thankfully, my customer was much more understanding. Grateful for the kind people in this world.

They only have 5 registers (4 self checkout and 1 regular register) open all the times i visit. There were around 15-30 people waiting in line each time i visit. You think they would put more employees to work register instead or stocking shelves to help.

They had these sales guys from AT&T that are too pushy in forcing themselves into talking to customers and not taking no for an answer. They need to learn social cues for when someone is saying no thank you. Like I told them I don’t handle the phone plan my parents do and there already talking to someone from AT&T at Costco, just refused to accept that and demanded to know what we spend on phone provider, my parents handle it so idk what we spend, he said I needed to call my parents to find out on the spot four times and I told him no four times I’m not interested.
Then he had to talk about internet and the amount I spend monthly and I told him I only live in the unit I’m in for 2 more months it’s not worth changing internet service providers and again he just didn’t accept that, wanted my drivers license address where I live and to fill out these forms.

This Target location is excellent, with a clean and well-stocked store, tidy fitting rooms, and spotless restrooms. The employees are friendly, parking is ample with shaded spots, and the pharmacy is exceptional, even after its conversion to CVS. While the makeup section is not overly fancy, the return counter is efficient, and there’s also an on-site Starbucks for added convenience.

We had bought a Westinghouse Roku TV that was on sale towards the end of December 2024. It worked well for one day, but it didn’t stay connected to the WiFi every time we turned it on. Finally returned it tonight and got our money back.
Everyone we interacted with was very helpful in getting a new tv. Thank you to Gabrielle, Holland and Levi for your help tonight.

Maybe don’t fire all your staff before the holidays? Not only cruel, but a genuinely incompetent move. Poorly organized shelves causing difficulty finding items, crazy wait times for assistance during that difficulty, no team members available to unlock locked goods.. What’s going on here?

Maybe Jill at returns and exchanges was having a bad day but unfortunately I had to bare the burden of that during my interaction.

This is the worst target I've been to. They need to work on their customer service . I had to CALL THE STORE to ask for help in the electronic department. I waited 15 minutes before calling the customer service desk for an employee to unlock an electronic. Then he had an attitude because it was like 5 of us waiting. I wish I would have gotten his name. I will NOT be back. Parking lot sucks

I do not feel comfortable returning to this target after an experience I had today. As my SO and I were entering target, an employee pushed through us and about 4-5 other people, I mentioned that there was another path to take that was not so crowded (there were about 8 people on the left side but only two on the right side) she then got angry and said “oh, you want to be rude? I can be rude right back”. I am not sure what part of my statement was ride, I was simply pointing out that walking through so many people is uncomfortable for everyone and the right side was much less crowded. I do not know what sparked the anger but I truly do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I understand everyone has bad days, but I genuinely do not know what about my comment set her off. Anyways, the interaction made me feel very unwelcome and awkward being in the store. I don’t think I will be going here in the future.

Rachel was amazing! She helped me find several pieces of clothing for my wife. I wouldn't have been able to find everything without her help.
The thing I like about this Target location is it's not usually crowded and it's always nice and at the perfect temperature inside year round, never too warm or cool.
There's a Starbucks in store.
