I've been a service customer here for 20 plus years. David Hudson has been my advisor for most of that time and his service is Way Way Way Above Average. Like most dealerships the service price is NOT cheap, but the quality of the parts and knowledge about your Honda vehicle is second to NONE. They have a nice waiting room with some free snacks and coffee as well as a sweet filtered water and ice station and an option for cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate or flavor shots for your water. I live close to Tempe Honda, but I'd drive from the Far East Valley or West Valley to continue being a customer if I ever moved.

Tempe Honda is the best Honda delar in Valley. They are very promising, responsive and helpful. Sky (The Honda Guy) is fabulous and very friendly manner and deliverd the car with in agreed time. I highly recommend this delarship to shop a car.

Excellent customer service, we visit several Honda’s dealerships and we decide to be loyal to Tempe’s one because people is so attentive, professional and consider all your situations. Is hard when you have little ones so they made our time with them pleased . It took me long time to post a review but more than a year and we still happy and grateful. Thank you to the team and Ed that always check our car he is so professional.

I had an appointment at another area Honda dealer, but Tempe Honda got suggested to me as I was getting ready to leave for my appointment (10/10/23) at the other dealer, and I took the suggestion. I was not disappointed.Service Department (David Aldrich) took my 2015 Civic in for an oil change with no appointment and was done within 1.5 hours from the moment I set wheels on the property. David was very communicative throughout the process and let me know what my car would need soon based on the multi-point inspection. Near the end of the oil change, David informed me the tech working on my car found I had a brake bulb out (that I didn’t even know about), and fixed it for me on the spot. I was more than happy to pay what I did for the experience and the quality of the work. 5 stars all day long. Will be back for the rest of my service needs.

In a word, unprofessional. 1st tried to schedule appt online but my mileage of 32,400 wasn't matching any of the scheduled maintenance milestones so talked to a person. I said I should probably get the 30,000 maintenance but she said the car would tell me which maintenance to get based on the code showing on my dashboard, which was A1 (oil change and tire rotation).Took my car in for these two items. An hour after I arrived, after they had completed the oil change and rotation, my service advisor came out and told me I should be getting the 30,000 maintenance, which would cost me well over $700 more. I asked if I wouldn't get a maintenance code on my dashboard when it was time for my 30,000, and he told me some items do not give a code. If he knew the code on the dash was inaccurate and he saw my mileage was over 30,000, why didn't he just tell me within 10 minutes of my arrival that I should be getting the 30,000 maintenance? Why did he wait until I was ready to leave? Why did he quote me over $700 instead of the $597 posted on their website? And why did the first person I spoke to talk me out of getting the 30,000 maintenance and say I just needed an oil change?Just felt unprofessional beginning to end. Probably going to take car to a different Honda dealership.

Took my car in for an oil change and a to get a recall taken care of. First problem was it took about an hour to get a shuttle. I get a call saying that they will have to keep my car over night because of the recall and they did nothing to get me a loaner or help me out. I'm a single parent and all my car seats were in the car. I had to scramble around asking for help from family so I wouldn't have to get a rental car at my own expense. I had to go to the dealer, take out and re-install the car seats in 105 degree heat, no help what-so-ever, dripping sweat by the end. Meanwhile, I still need to pick my kids up from school in which they had to go to after care which with three kids ads up...$60. I'm lucky that I have family that was able to help me this time, but I could have easily been out over a hundred dollars with rental and aftercare expenses. There was no empathy and my advisor pointed the blame at policies instead of trying to help me even after explaining my hardships that this service cost me, it wasn't just money, it was my time and stress of trying to coordinate making sure I had transportation to pick my kids up and get them to school the next day. I lost a lot of time, but I can assure you, Tempe Honda has lost my business for good after this experience. I would recommend going to another Honda dealer for service. I should have gone to Showcase Honda where I have never had a bad experience.

Tempe Honda made my first purchase from a dealership effortless. The environment was professional & relaxed. Thank you Sky for immediately greeting me and taking your time to explain in detail my options & answer all my questions. The reason why Sky was great was his laidback demeanor & ability to demonstrate his experience. I initially came to test drive; customer service won. I left w/ the new Accord, my first Honda. It’s exactly what I wanted, great price and the most excitement I’ve ever had to hit the road. Thank you!

Love my new Honda Pilot! Austin and Angelo were friendly and helpful. Definitely ask for one of them if you stop by. Overall, I had a great experience at Tempe Honda and would 100% recommend to anyome in the market for a vehicle.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this place. Not only I got my car looked at here, they are overpriced, inconsiderate of their customers and definitely not coming back. I had my vehicle looked at and once I picked it up, assuming they did their "multipoint inspection" I received my car. Once I left the lot and headed toward the freeway, I noticed there was a certain noise coming from the back. It was my rear tire flat to the rim. Left me stranded on the freeway and I had to get it replaced. When I had left it at the dealership all four tires were aired up and in good condition. Definitely the last time I'm coming to these jokers. Be safe out there, these people don't care about the safety of the their customers.

Went on a short out of town trip only to discover the maintenance and traction control lights lit up. We safely returned home and I scheduled an appointment with a Tempe Honda, where I met a Antonio. He recognized that I bring my minivan in regularly to have it serviced there and he was able to help me with a nice discount from the total cost. 5 days later - I got my minivan back and running like a she was meant to! Thx!

The experience was definitely one of the best in all car dealerships I went till now. The marketing guy was super polite and easy to work with!! We got the price we wanted and they were always happy to negotiate as much as they could.

Honda Tempe was a great car shopping experience. I was treated with respect by my car salesman Cameron, the finance guy Christian, and everybody who worked there. This was a team of good people. I pulled up, (single lady) who knows zero about cars and was approached by Cameron, I said I wanted to look myself and he was very nice, said to take a picture of the car I was interested in because it can get confusing. It was great advice and true. I found 3 cars and a question on another one. He saw the pictures and came back with the answers to the one car and keys to all 3 cars, had one of them waiting out front, running with the air on. (It was 105 outside). I sat in the car, and said no, didn't like feel and design. He said no problem let's go test drive the next one, since he had the keys. I drove it, and he was talking about the car the whole time, what type of engine, reading the car fax, how many owners, ect. Not pushy, just letting me know. He also said to turn radio off and air down to listen to engine and hear for outside noise. Again, good advice! Then went back to dealership and he had the keys for the other car.So we immediately hopped into that one and same experience.I narrowed it down, and asked to test drive the one car again, absolutely no problem.Then I asked him to drive it, again absolutely no problem. He gave me honest opinions. Was very knowledgeable and was very kind this entire time.I decided on a car, now time to negotiate.Even that was kinda fun, I make offer, they counter offer, I made counter offer... This went on 3-4 times, there was never any disrespect, Cameron was always encouraging and polite, when he came back with a price and I'd say no, and make counter offer, he was just polite to me. Made me feel like he was on my side.Then we came to an agreement.It took an hour to see the finance guy, it was a busy day, a lot of people there. Cameron checked on me, brought me drinks, brought me food, chatted with me and every person working was asking me if I needed anything, everyone was polite. Something you don't experience often, great customer service! The finance guy Christian was exceptionally helpful. Again made me feel comfortable, he even checked around while I was ready to sign and was able to bring my interest rate down. "Why would they do that", I said to myself? They could have just let me sign. Because they are good people! Finished signing, Cameron had my car washed and ready. Put my temp tag on, gave me his card, and said if I have any questions please don't hesitate to call.I did text a question about the car and he immediately texted back, said he was going to check first thing in AM and thanked ME for a nice experience.I will highly recommend Honda Tempe, highly recommend salesman Cameron to anyone looking to buy a car.I got my car 2k below Kelly blue book, extremely happy with my car and the whole car buying experience.Thanks Tempe Honda Candace

Sam and Tempe Honda was a great help for my service needs. The work that was necessary was preceded by a video of the defects needing repair. The work was done right and overnight. The car was ready a couple of hours early. My interactions with Sam were efficient, helpful and friendly. He and his staff gave me a feeling of trust and caring. Why go anywhere else for service or for a new Honda. Get confidence here. No future trips to Jiffy Lube for me. Not that they're bad, but my Honda deserves Tempe Honda. Bet you'll come to appreciate them too!Kudos to you and your team, Sam!
