I've rented from here since January 2019 and always paid early each month. Rent was the lowest in the area, (it's since gone up), and it was conveniently located. I had my catalytic converter stolen, reported it to the office and the manager/owner couldn't even take the time to call me to see if anything else was stolen or offer assistance to law enforcement to help find the person who did it.The kicker is also my RV is reportedly right behind the manager's/owner's living area that's onsite and he didn't even notice anything!It might be cheap, but it's not worth it.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. FYI they don't have any units avail and won't for years according to the really rude old man in the office, even though their website says they have available units. I guess he definitely doesn't want future business.

We have been storing our various RV/campers here for several years without issue (I even pay up front for each quarter at their request). We have never had an issue until recently. I called to ask about a price increase letter I got in the mail out of the blue and the woman was condescending and horribly rude and basically told me just to get out. I wasn't disputing the price increase, simply asking for some background and clarification. That seems like an awful crappy customer service approach to someone who has paid thousands of dollars in rent (always in advance) over the last 3.5 years. A little disappointed in the office staff and how they handled this.
