Beyond unprofessional. I am a registered nurse coming off of a 12 hour night shift.add the first appointment available and I'm sitting there waiting as I watch the young lady call me. I walk up and say hello and she tells me they are canceling my appointment. Glad I wasted my time. From one healthcare professional to another, I'm embarrassed for you and any one who works for this company. I didn’t realize working a the “Little Clinic” meant you gave up on medical and professional standards.Do not go here

Fast friendly good with children. I got a same day appointment and didn't wait once I got there. I've used this clinic 3x for my daughter.

I made my appointment online the night before and was able to get the first appointment of the following day at 8:40am. I was very sick and was able to get in and out without any waiting. I was treated by Tammy and she is absolutely wonderful!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind (which is, unfortunately, quite rare these days). Tammy thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why and explained the results and treatment plan. Thanks to Tammy, this was the most positive experience I have had at any type of drugstore clinic or urgent care facility!

You need to let families be seen together in the same appointment. Making multiple appointments for a husband and wife, for the same symptoms, is asinine and a waste of time.

Awful experience. Check in was fine. Retired “rn” asked health questions in waiting area, a HIPAA violation. And she was sooo slow to check me in with insurance. NP was so hard to understand with her heavy Asian Accent and a mask. She did minimal questions and minimal assessment, said my lungs were clear, but I know I had an audible wheeze! Coughed the entire visit. She was More concerned about the computer questionionaire. I am a retired RN, knew I had wheezing and showed her my asthma meds, she said to stop taking one. Prescribed Promethazine, which is only a antihistamine, didn’t help my productive cough. I asked for Zpack. She said no. It is now Christmas Eve and I am coughing so bad, almost throwing up. An awful waste of time and money! Get rid of this so called clinic!!

Waited 45min after our appointment time for a 1 minute shot. There were no other patients there so not sure what the hold up was. This has happened twice now so we won’t be returning. Giving 2 starts because the staff was very friendly.

Tammy was overall amazing! Took our teenage son there, and she was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind! The girl that did the Covid testing was great as well, sorry I didn’t get your name! ?

I came in at 4:35p (they were closing at 5p) for Covid-19 testing. Was advised that they close in "few minutes". Took receptionist another 10 minutes to let me know that the PA will not see me as they are about to close. I was the only patient. It's a 2-minute procedure and a 15-minute result wait. I was still turned away. Very unprofessional.

Leaving a review in hopes they'll increase their staff. I don't know what the point of making an appointment was if I ended up waiting an hour anyway. The doctor was very friendly and kind, I was just upset over waiting so long past my appointment time.

The young man and the middle-aged nurse are really rude people. They accept without an appointment. But if you go 1 hour before closing time, they never accept it. and they treat you badly. I hate rude people. I don't care if they do the job well. Everywhere is full of clinics. Look elsewhere. These people don't like work. In fact, they need to work in a different job. Human relations are very bad.

I called yesterday to find out if they had the Covid Booster vaccine, and the guy at Little Clinic said THEY DO have the Booster Vaccine (but wait, don't stop reading now....it only the Pfizer booster, NOT Moderna, BUT they wont tell you that). He said "But we only give it to immune compromised people". I told him that I am immune compromised and he told me to book an appt on line and bring my drivers license and Health ID card. I booked an appt for this afternoon, left work early and arrived at Little Clinic on south Rural Rd. The rude Hispanic chick that checked me into my appt, was very annoyed that I wanted a booster vaccine. She snapped at me that they only give boosters to immunity compromised people, looking at me like I was not immune compromised. I told her why I was immune compromised and she was actually fuming, not responding to me. She asked for my insurance card and my drivers license. It was comical to watch her trying to think of reasons why she wanted to deny me this booster vaccine. She told me to take a seat and stared at her computer screen for several minutes. She then says "Oh, did you bring your vaccine card?" I said "No, he told me yesterday to bring only my Drivers License and Insurance card". She snapped at me again "I need your vaccine card in order to give you the Booster". I told her the guy last night never told me to bring that card to the appt. So she says sarcastically "I apologize that he didn't tell you that". She then asks "What brand of vaccine did you get previously?" I said "Moderna". She said sarcastically smiled knowing that she just found a way out of doing her job, and not giving me a vaccine, telling me "OH, we only offer Pfizer and so only people that have had the Pfizer vaccine can get the Pfizer booster." It would have been gggrrreeeeaaatttt to have known the incompetent control freaks' rules prior to booking an appt. ******* Dear Little Clinic management, 1). Can you PLEASE hire NICE, competent people that care about customers and fire the psychotic control freaks that hate their jobs, and in turn, take it out on their customers? 2). If rude, incompetent, unhappy employees are the only people you can hire to work here, please put them on a strict performance plan so they know not to blindside customers and to stop the employee control freak behavior. 3). Hire a manager at this location that can babysit the current employee's to make sure they are behaving properly. ******* And yes, I did file a complaint on their web site.

Told me to come back in on labor day and when I arrived they told me they closed early despite showing up well before 4pm, thanks for wasting my limited time off from work.

Got to the little clinic at 1:45pm, there is a sign that says they are at lunch from 1:30pm to 2:15pm. As I was filing out my registration at the computer at the front desk, the Dr comes out of one of the consultation rooms and tells me she is not taking any more patients for the rest of the day. I began to tell her I was almost done with my registration, she didn't care and turned me down.
