Cant beat the prices. Rented 4 units of various sizes here in the past few years.
The facility is always clean and free of vagrants. Steven, the manager, is easy to deal with. A couple times I had a card issues/ moderately late payments and they didn't charge me any extra fees.

We’re new to this storage facility but have had only positive experiences here. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, organized and knowledgable. Safe area too.

Steve was the name I was told to use if I’m leaving a good review so here it is. The stresses of move will age you rapidly, it’s encountering people like Steve that eliminates the worry. He was expecting me so from our greeting we were exchanging jokes and stories. While the business portion of our interaction flowed through flawless humor we concluded with please leave a review. Giving specific feedback if it’s a bad review say this name, if it okay say this name, and to conclude, if it’s good say Steve. He failed to mention GREAT SERVICE. Which I received thanks Steve for giving a Storage unit so much flavor.

Professional, courteous and quick. They got me in and out all paperwork signed and ready to go in 15 mins !! The place is clean and the units are spacious and easily accessible. The manager Steve was friendly and professional and welcoming. Two thumbs up so far from me. keep up the good work guys !!!

Currently our RV parked there and has been for 15 months. A need developed for a small storage unit and I instantly thought of Tri-City. Steven is easy to deal with and runs a clean, secure and friendly facility. Rates are more than fair and access is easy. Can't see myself looking elsewhere for any future needs.
