i have been screwed by home depot twice in one week it's frustrating. the first time was not this locations fault, i went to the baseline one and picked up an online order on curbside, took 20 minutes for some one to bring it and in the end i was missing an item. customer service gave me a $10 gift card to replace it. so i came to THIS location a few days after in person to pick up the item i was missing along with some other stuff that i could use for a project i am working on. When i went to check out i had a $10 off coupon the cashier scanned it then i told him i had a giftcard too and he scanned that. I went to pay and it was raining so i had to rush in my car and was so hurried that it wasnt until i got home that i noticed the cashier DIDNT use my giftcard and instead charged me $10 ADDITIONAL onto the gift card. so basically the coupon i had wasnt used and the $20 i was suppose to have off my order became zero and now i have $20 on that giftcard. i literally dont even want it or want to ever shop at a home depot if the two single experiences i've had with them have been with flaws but now i'm stuck with a $20 gift card and customer service said they cant do anything i would have to go in person but i am assuming they wont be able to refund me. this is annoying. The only good thing was that all the employees at this store were very very kind and sweet and helpful, even the cashier that messed up so for that i'll give them 3 stars.

Why shop here when you can buy most of this online? That way you don't have to deal with the associates or other customers!

I visit lots of Home Depot's throughout the valley during my course of work, and I will say that consistently, this location's employees seem to know where things are located without asking someone else. Lumber department has former contractors and the gray haired garden center guy with the pony-tail is always on his game! Thanks for the reliable service!

We are pro customers and have never been treated so poorly. For instance... We had a refund card with $199 on it when Alex at the pro desk rang it up he only said it was $20 on it... We had the receipt, and they refused to Verify... Mario... Alex a supervisor... Said we did not spend enough on paint to qualify for any paint discounts... That was untrue. We spent over a half $1 million with Home Depot over the last five years... My wife, Filipino, was treated like trash by Mario and Alex in the pro area. We had called the manager and ask for a return call. She said she would call within 20 minutes she never called back. We would love for someone from Home Depot corporate headquarters to read this and call us directly. We were good customers. Shame on them.

I was ushered out because I had too many high value items on my cart, so the employee was told to take my cart even though I was NOT done shopping because they were "nervous" and gently ushered me to the front of the check out line, even though there where people wait to check out. 45 gal of roof paint where was I going to go. Spoke to manager, Damon. His attitude was so what. FU Damon. Don't shop here unless you want to be treated like a criminal. I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

One more reason to love Home Depot is when ever you need any help they go beyond their responsibilities and help you. I was struggling with one thing ( goose is jammed either I will buy new or damage it's beauty ) where I couldn't help myself few people come together in store and they unlocked it. Great Team work and customer service.

If you want to buy any gas tools for yard work, don't bother going to this Home Depot. They aren't stocking them anymore. Not to mention the lack of friendliness of the staff. I'll be shopping at Lowe's from now on.

Big THANK YOU to the Home Depot staff at the Warner Rd location. Today my wife and I purchased a refrigerator from this store. We bit off more than we could chew in terms of trying to take it home same day because it turned out that the refrigerator only narrowly fit in our SUV. With the help of Vanessa, Arianna, Hunter, and a few others; the Home Depot staff expertly removed the door handles, navigated the refrigerator into our SUV, and tied it down with twine. They also forewarned us not to plug in the refrigerator for 24 hours after transport; something which I was blissfully unaware of previously. The staff went above and beyond and we truly appreciate their extra efforts.

I just wish that the people that were hired and working in a department had a rough Idea of what they were doing. I went in for a 20Amp GFCI outlet and asked and the guy handed me 15Amp. If I didn't know I would have taken that to do the job. They just need some mild training on common things.

B4 purchasing major appliances from HD. Per corp policy, NO returns.. including all standard orders. Compare customer satisfaction guarantee to Costco and Lowes. There is NO comparing. Bye, bye HD! It's HD right not to have return policy for major appliances, but it's my right to make other consumers aware.

I recently purchased a GE Range/Oven from Home Depot. Plugged in appliance, used a few times then the range locked up. I had to turn off breaker to turn range off. The next day range was pulled away from wall so backsplash could be installed. When pushing range back against wall there was an explosion, a ball of fire came from the back of the range. It was not in use, but plugged in. Nobody was hurt, but new backsplash was burned and range completely died. I called GE, a tech came out, then said he'd be back in a few days. It's been 5 weeks since the incident, and 3 weeks since tech came out. No resolution so far. I called and spoke with manager at Home Depot, and still no resolution. I thought maybe Home Depot would want to satisfy customer by replacing the faulty Range they sold. And also avoid any legal action if someone is seriously hurt. I am afraid to touch the range or attempt to ever use it again with fear of harm. I am disappointed in Home Depot. Thanksgiving is around the corner and I have no range. Getting nowhere with either company. Purchase with caution!!!

I've been here so many times and it's because the service is always excellent. Tommy, the department manager of plumbing and electrical, helped me get everything I needed today. Man that guy knows his stuff. and everyone in this particular store always knows where everythjng is. they don't even to look it up in their machine, they just direct you to the aisle or they take you there and give you the assistance you need. I love this home depot so much Thank you for helping me get my custom hydroponics garden started, Tommy! - Mark (the guy that needed all the weird plumbing stuff and looked familiar lol)

Not so much of a review... although love your store! always so organized and fun to look at but what if, instead of the use of transportation of walking, it could be the use of transportation of roller skating... I'll let you sleep on it look forward to hearing back from you! good day !

This particular HD used to offer good customer service, but they have management now that is best described as being very rude, condescending, and extremely passive aggressive. I've never left a negative review for a business before, but my experience today compelled me to write this review. I live a mile from this store and I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I will never shop here again as long as the current management is in place. Buyer beware.
