Every time I go into this branch I regret it.I switched from Chase because I was sick of the fees.Come to find out this bank doesn’t accept coins to be sorted and cashed out. They make you do it. Apparently all banks are like this. What a bunch of losers.Given how small this credit union is, sorting coins would be putting their best food forward.I really only have kept physical location because I need $100 bills sometimes. When that’s done, I’ll be done with this bank.

I’ve been most pleased with this Credit Union since I joined seven years ago. Staff members are always helpful and courteous.

This used to be our go to co-op bank, but recently they have changed a ton of "policies" and have made themselves pretty worthless. They limit transactions to $500 unless you have an account directly with them ( this hasn't been the case previously) and the manager in the bank is terrible. She comes off as a very power hungry person who doesn't care about the customer. Case in point, I spent a few days pulling out money from their ATM, which was in 20's, and when I went in to exchange them for 100's, she wouldn't allow it claiming policies and procedures.I would highly recommend Desert Financial Credit Union on Ray and 48th instead, they were great and had no problem exchanging our currency.

Wasted my time trying to setup an account online only for them to say I need to go into the branch to open. What’s the point of having the application process online? I am choosing a different bank.

I opened an account online and when trying to set up my mobile app, the PIN number they told me to use didn't work. So I tried calling the phone number listed 5 times and never got a person. Only automated and each time I would press the suggested number "4" for help ... it only said it didn't recognize that request and hang up on me every time.. I was looking for a reliable and user friendly credit union. This is neither if I can't ever log on. Also, the original acceptance of my account application came in an email but only by some web app that couldn't be opened so the email was empty. I had to call to even get my account number. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff are friendly and efficient on-site. But the mobile banking and app are terrible if you can't ever create an account!

My wife and I were stuck without being able to use our debit cards or charge cards Jan.2nd.Stores declined their use and no prior alerts to the problem. Corporate-get blast emails or texts to all customers on supposedly Visa servers going down. This was a very terrible experience and your company did nothing to help. We had to drive down to your branch and get in line to have branch personnel to answer questions! Don't let your vendors set your business. Your business is customer driven.

This is the second time in a month I've lost access to my accounts for no reason. No one answers the phone, you can't talk to anyone there's no communication from the bank on why you can't access your accounts or when you'll be able to access them again. I'll be in Monday morning to close my accounts. I can understand technical difficulties I can't understand not communicating with your customers.

They always want You to do online banking. They don’t want to help you over the phone.

I have a loan with Truwest. I never had done banking with them prior to opening this account. The staff there are helpful. Lines are small. Usually never more than 5 minutes waiting. I actually plan to open another account with them since they have won me over. One more thing I love about Truwest is their banking fees are very reasonable.

I love this branch. Super clean and what I'd expect from a professional business. And then I had a wonderful interaction with a bank teller. She called me "mi'jo", which made me feel cared for and kinda warm and toasty. Love it!

Samira was most helpful with opening a new account. She was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. As a new resident to Tempe, I appreciated getting some insider tips on local attractions.

Brought in a convenience check from PNC bank that my mother had sent me from Florida to deposit it. First they said they couldn’t deposit it because it was the same number as a previous convenience check that I had deposited a few days ago on the mobile app - that the person that printed it at PNC made a mistake and printed both checks with the same number. Then they said that they would deposit it but that I needed to “take ownership” of it when it is returned by their processing department. I said that I would would not pay a fee and asked if we could call PNC bank. The lady then went to speak to a manager whose name sounded like “Angelika Bing.” The lady and the manager came back and the manager simply said, I cannot change this check number for you. I said I am fully aware, if there was a PNC bank in the state of Arizona, I would go talk to them about their mistake. The other lady then told me there is a PNC here over in Chandler. I told her I was surprised for I did not think they were in Arizona. She said yes, here’s the address: 2121 S Price RD in Chandler. At this point, I thought the manager was rude but was happy that the other lady gave me an address. Drove there in the pouring rain to find that it is a secure office building with no signage. I then googled PNC Bank near me and nothing came up. Then googled the address and it came up as a PNC corporate office. My mother then calls me after speaking to PNC bank who say that it is common to print all convenience checks with the same check number - this is how they always do it. I call my sister who received the same checks and she had no issues at her credit union. I go back to Truwest and both ladies that helped me are no longer at their desks. I am told by a teller the manager is with a member. I then ask where the customer services lady was that was sitting at the side desk and am told she is with a member. Then I was told they were with a member together. So I tell the teller I want to deposit the check. She then gets up and goes behind the room dividers, comes back with the manager. I told the manager I was upset for two reasons: 1 because they had me believing PNC made a mistake when they could have simply deposited the second check for this is apparently standard practice for convenience checks but I am not in banking so I would not know that. 2 that they then gave me an address to a random secured building out in the east Valley that is clearly not a bank in the pouring rain. That if you are going to try to commit a customer experience opportunity, at least make sure the information you are giving is correct. A simple google search shows there’s no PNC bank here. Instead of being apologetic or explaining anything to me that I didn’t understand, this lady starts to try to hold back a smile. I told her I didn’t appreciate that she thought this was funny. She said it is not, we will deposit it, but you’re taking ownership of this. Taking ownership of what? PNC said this is standard? Can you not make a note to your processing department or how does this work? She said no, we cannot make notes and I can’t change check numbers. I told her that I never asked her or anyone else to change a check number. I just want it deposited. Over an hour later, it’s deposited and everyone at the corporate number I was given for Truwest is sending my calls to voicemail.

These people need diversity training I didn't even get proper help they didn't even inform me that my checking account has changed I had to find that out when I called the customer service number they have more diversity on the phone then they do when you go in there is different people of different cultures that keep an account here.
