I used the website service instead of interacting with people. It was very easy. The gas refill portion was a little confusing but I should have read the instructions completely first.

The truck I was given was SO dirty and nasty inside. I didn't want to touch anything! Not even the steering wheel. I asked the manager on-site if he could wipe it down for me and he came out with what looked like a bottle of some mysterious fluid that had been sitting on his desk for 10 years and never used and paper towels. He squirted about one tablespoon of whatever that cleaner was and attempted to wipe down the surfaces on the inside of the truck. But he barely even touched them. I don't think he knows how to clean things. I eventually just took the cleaner and the paper towels from him and completely soaked all the surfaces. When I did, all this gross black grime kept coming off them. I asked him if they ever clean or try to sanitize those trucks in between customers and he said no. They just have the customer return it and then they immediately check it out to the next customer. Then don't even check to see if it's clean. There was nasty food and drinks spilled inside the cup holders and other surfaces. Trash on the floor. I wanted to vomit. I would not recommend this location.

Storage here was incredibly easy from start to finish. We were able to reserve a unit online and came in to sign the paperwork and finish the set up. Accessing the unit was easy and straight forward during our time there and closing out was hassle free too. I never felt like this place was trying to get extra money from us. The manager is a nice guy and easy to work with, don’t be put off by how quiet he is. I called once with no answer and did not bother to leave a voicemail, thinking I’d call back later. The manager made sure to call me back shortly later anyways. I have never had that happen anywhere else, but I definitely appreciated it at that moment. Overall we had a good experience here.

The representative said he would watch for me and open the gate. He didn't .I also replaced the gas but was charged for gas. Not to mention I could tell he's not fond of darker complexions. I will never use this location again

I’mUrging everyone NOT to use this center. Not only is the manager rude, and not knowledgeable of U-Haul as a whole but he sent me away with equipment that was in operable. I attempted to drive this Uhaul to Texas and he gave me a towe that was broken. I specifically asked him someQuestions as I double checked things and he was rushing meOut of the office and “answering my questions WOTH QUESTIONS”

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this location, and the customer service from Jim and Jason (the Area Field Manager for Eastern Arizona) was awful.Jim, who apparently has 25 years of customer service experience, is incompetent at his job. His poor communication skills are undoubtedly a factor in his incompetence.Jim gave me a truck that had less than 1/4 tank of gas so I had to fill it up to full. He told me that when I return the truck I will be reimbursed for any gas that was above 1/4 tank. However, upon returning the truck with 3/4 tank of gas left (expecting to be reimbursed for 1/2 tank) Jim told me he can't reimburse me. He called his manager Jason Izquierdo who also said that they can't do anything about it even though Jim said I'd be reimbursed.It cost me $150 to fill up the tank and I only used a 1/4 of it during my move. So essentially Uhaul stole nearly $100 dollars from me.Avoid this location at all costs.UPDATE:Fortunately, the people above Jim and Jason have common sense. After filing a formal complaint with corporate, I was reimbursed the $100.

I went to the counter and had a great experience.The gas gauge stuck below full. I pumped till gas came out the hole. The fuel needle was still less then when I pick it up.Drove down the street the needle did not move.Went back to gas station. It took $1 or so Gas spilled out. By the time I arrived at uhaul the full gauge was way over full.

Charged me $130 and accused me of not filling my tank exactly where he marked it. It had 1/2 tanks and said I filled it just 1/8 tank less (allegedly). I know I filled it to 1/2. Make sure you take a photo of everything. Don’t trust these crooked people.
