I just moved here from Texas and had the pleasure of dealing with Topher twice in the past couple of days. Once removing the car and trailer and this morning returning the truck. I was so exhausted from the move and long drive that took a lot longer because of several accidents, high winds, a horrible dust storm and heavy rain, a full on road closure due to an oversized truck damaging an overpass bridge that literally took the bridge out. I was wiped out when my daughter and I came into the U-Haul office Friday night to return the trailer and remove the car. Topher greeted us and made everything so easy for me and allowed me some extra time to return the truck since we weren’t able to get to Tempe Thursday as we had planned, although we were still in our window of allowed time. He was super nice and friendly and gave us excellent customer service. I was shocked reading negative reviews on him here. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated his awesome customer service. The next time I rent a U-Haul I will definitely come back here and I’ll be referring others to this location as well

I had to rent a few trucks and vans at this location during a move. The service was prompt, and vehicles performed well. I believe his name was Topher, but he was extremely professional and quick. I would happily reserve my vehicle at this location.

The trailer was covered in what appeared to be dried up mud.
The Ratchets hardly worked and would not release the straps. For almost $80 for an auto transport rental this is absolutely unacceptable I will be calling in to customer service to get some sort of resolution. Having to use an extra strap of my own because the equipment is not up to pare is not worth $80 In rental. Even the employee that did the intake of the trailer when I dropped it off said "Yeah this is absolutely unacceptable, this trailer should have been cleaned before it was put on the lot for rental" after he asked if everything went well with the rental and I said no, and explained to him why and that i was frustrated.

Due to three separate hiccups (not terrible
things by any means) regarding the rental return, one being of my doing, and two being questionable as to who's to blame regarding burden of proof, customer service and the location took the higher road after one phone call and refunded the charges for those separate things. The location was pleasant to work with. This is not the closest location to me but I go here for my needs because of the ease of renting and the staff. Thank you. I appreciate your patience with this matter

The staff at this location all go above and beyond. Their customer service is stellar. Their ability and willingness to help their customers as much as they possibly can, is absolutely unmatched. If I ever rent another U-Haul, I will probably visit this location exclusively. Special Shout out to Topher, a customer service rep at this location, he did an absolutely stellar job! He was very empathetic and understanding and immensely helpful to me during a difficult time!!!!

Clean, orderly, well maintained. Topher was awesome helping me get propane for my giant brick on wheels. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Very friendly, cordial, and helpful. I recommend using this uhaul for any of your moving, packing, storage needs. Thanks guys 2 👍.

The location it’s self was fine, however it was the third that U-Haul moved us to after moving us to a new location 15 minutes away the night before, only to get there and after many calls to customer service find that there were no keys in the lock box. So we had to hurry over to this U-Haul location causing us to be 10 minutes late with the movers. A little disappointing, but other then that the truck was in good condition.

The folks working there are really first class. I had some equipment that I had longer than intended and I felt so bad. When I returned it, the gentleman made me feel so much better. Wonderful people working there!

People are friendly enough but I got overcharged for gas and customer service won't believe me, only $10 bucks but its the principle of the matter to me. Checking out is NOT fast and easy, the app is so bad I gave up and went inside instead, that is also very slow, don't think you'll be in and out quick.
The way they charge for gas is absurd, they look at the needle that shows vaguely how much gas in the truck and they think that somehow it is accurate down to the gallon level and they will charge you for it, this seems like class action lawsuit material to me.
