Andrew he's a customer service representative who help me rent a 20-foot U-HAUL. He made it very clear what makes U-haul click.
Whathe responsibility is for us. Whathe responsibility is for U-Haul. Every step of the way I communicated with them regarding extensions and updating my profile. I spoke with Andrew most of the time. Made it clear how extensions work and what my responsibility was. I truly appreciate his professionalism his ability to speak to the customer with complete respect. I felt valued as a customer thank you

I went inside to return the truck, nobody was at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes before some lady came in and asked what I needed. She told me to park the vehicle on the side of the building and that I could leave the keys inside and that I’m all set to leave after that. Well, upon leaving I see I was charged $217 dollars after I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gasoline, no damage and on time. I dont think I went over the mileage limit either but if I did, it wasn’t more than 100 miles. So how and why I got charged $217 after returning this I have no clue. The lady I returned the vehicle to said I’d get an email within 20 minutes of leaving with details of my return. I never got this email. They never notified me of any problems and instead just went ahead and stole $217 from my account without even telling me why. I would never ever return a U-Haul to this location. It seemed like a scam to me after checking my account balance and not even being told what the issue was to cause that extra charge. I recommend staying far away from this location. Make sure to return your vehicle to a professional location with good reviews. You do not want this happening to you.

Today I dealt with Marcus who was very helpful in my renting of a 6 by 12 trailer. Marcus made the process seamless. Upon return, I was able to return the equipment quickly. Marcus gave me a hand in a polite and professional way. I recommend this company.

When I tried to return my rental, it wouldn't pull up that I had even rented anything so then I was charged a 20 return fee for something I could have done myself it had even been an option. Wouldn't pull up in the app or online when I entered in my account information.I will say the employee working this location had been very nice when i picked up the rental.I would highly recommend making sure that you plan to return your rental before office hours close to avoid the fiasco that I ended up trying to deal with for about 30min before I gave up.

Best UHaul location I have used, and I have used many. The staff was super friendly and helpful, helped me save a few dollars, were patient, and made sure I had everything I needed. Greatly appreciate the excellent customer service!
