I have used this store a couple of times to ship packages. There's rarely an issue, but when there is, some of the employees here act is they couldn't care less about your problem. I wasn't sure about shipping pickups over the weekend. When I called to ask, I was met with sighs and a condescending attitude. You could almost see her rolling her eyes through the phone! I don't have the information that you have. Learn to treat people with respect. If you hate your job, get one you like. Don't punish the customer.

The lady here was no help she couldnt even give me another location that i could go to and she specifically said i cant help you today and that she was new, who trains these people?

This store always exceeds my expectations. I may think returning a package is going to be a challenge, but the UPS store makes it a cinch.
People like Hunter make it excellent. Great customer service from Hunter.

The store is notorious for not opening on time -8am. I waited for almost 15min today and ended up leaving because there was nobody there. Only other customers at the door.

The store was not open at the posted time. It says it’s open from 8am and I (along with several other people) have been waiting outside for 10min.

I went to drop a package and Kayla was not talking nice to the young man working with her making him chase down a customer she “thought” had a package waiting, turns out he did not. But the way she spoke and waving of the hands at him when he tried to ask a question was un called for and unprofessional. All the while ignoring that I was even in the store by both of them.
Hopefully this was just a bad day for them but not a pleasant visit.

Sign states open at 11am om Sunday. I wa at the store at 1130 and the doors were locked and lights off. Called the store and hour later to check if they were open and the young lady answering the phone sai uh huh. Not the greatest customer service.

Had one quick Amazon return and the guy behind the counter made me wait for another customer who was at the kiosk with like 20 items to return. And his tone seemed highly annoyed by me asking him to do the return. I normally would use it but was hoping not to have to wait and definitely didn’t need the attitude.

Slow and incompetent.
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I had my passport photos done here a week ago and the guys that helped were friendly, that process still took about 30 minutes.
I came in today to drop off a prepaid package. I scanned at the kiosk, received my tracking and stood in line, 1 girl upfront helping someone and 2 people in front of me. I see the sign for “drop off packages here” and I went up to the counter and asked if this is where I can leave my package. She said “sure.” Not a very reassuring answer when you’re dropping off a $1200 phone. I then asked if she could retape my box. The tape I used wasn’t very secure. She said she will when she’s done. So I waited. As people need to still box their items, scan, and pay and ask questions. She continued to help them. A lady that came in after me was now at the counter and she told the employee “you can help the next person” since she wasn’t ready. I’m still waiting and asked if she could take a second to tape the box. She would not. She said she had a lot going on and wouldn’t tape it. I took my package and left. I am not comfortable leaving again, a $1200 phone, with someone who can’t handle a 3 person line and a small box.
I’m not sure if she’s new or this is her first job but she’s obviously not equipped to be up there on her own, since it’s “a lot.”

I hope this reaches the boss/manager. I do not like the new amazon bag return kiosk. I do not like to use unnecessary plastic bags and limit my use because I care about the environment. I always have my return items in original cardboard box of paper envelope to be sealed by UPS. It make no sense to seal it in a box and then wrap it in a plastic bag. Very unnecessary. I can understand if I had no box but come on. I have arthritis in my hands and I was fumbling trying to wrap it and place the label on so it wouldn't come off. There was no one in there but me and to do it the regular way would have taken a fraction of the time. I will definitely never come back here and I'm telling all my family and friends to avoid your location. Do better. Be environmently conscious and help those that have disabilities. This should be an option, not the only way.
