Went to pick up a package at 5:30 there was a very long line. Eventually closing time hit, and they locked the doors. One worker (short w/ black hair) yelled to get out if you aren’t picking up a package. Also yelled right in front of a girl after she picked up her package that she needs to get out if she has picked up her package. I totally understand being busy, frustrated, and understaffed but the disrespectful manner of communication towards others was shocking and unacceptable. There are much more professional ways to say the store is closing. Normally I don’t ever have issues here and the other employees are great, always courteous and hardworking.Edit after owner response: Changed my review to 5 stars since the business was responsive - and like I said I understand being busy and stressed in service jobs. I'm glad that the appropriate person was made aware and addressed the issue. Keep up the good work.

The ups tracking system is really very good it tracks even the smallest displacement of the package. I recently sent my suitcase bag via your service and it got shipped to the receiver in just 2 days. So the service is extremely fast and good.

Closed prior to 6Pm today. When I attempted to enter the store around 5 the lady made an odd neck hand gesture and indicated that I leave. Lazy employees closing early?

While the lines are long, this service always does it’s best to help students. A lot of issues the store deals with involves students who don’t place their last name on their packages. As a store that services over 8000 students and hundreds of packages a day, it’s imperative students follow the correct way to address their mail so it arrives to them in a timely manner. No last name means packages get sent back as there is no way to verify their identity. Thankfully the line will die down in a few weeks. Thank you to the hardworking employees and managers who have stayed well past closing to try and sort the mess of packages delivered everyday. I appreciate you all.

The staff are very rude and uncommunicative. I had to go to the UPS store 4 separate times looking for one package and they kept telling me to come back the next day. Then, when I finally had a package ready, it wasn’t the one I had been waiting on. They wouldn’t tell me why my package wasn’t there until I asked for the 5th time. Without telling me, they returned my package that was over $200 worth of items. Very poor customer service, get your packages sent somewhere else.

Staff don’t care about customers and line is always 2 hours long with only 2 people working there. I have also had problems with my packages on numerous occasions. Possibly the worst ups store I have ever seen.

I usually have to leave negative reviews for things like this. I have to say, the employees at this location were professional, competent and pleasant to deal with. The gentleman and the lady that was in the store. The service I received from ups was exactly what I paid for. I WONT BE USING USPS FOR A LONG TIME NOW. I’ll go to this UPS location and ship my packages and handle my parcel. Thank you

Fine for what it's used for but there is always a ridiculous line which would be fine if it weren't for the lack of mask enforcement. No employees and very few customers wearing masks despite a university mandate and rapid increase of cases across the state and country. Edit: The employees who operate the front desk are not wearing masks. If they were worried about heat, they could take them off when they go outside. COVID doesn't just stop spreading because it's hot outside.
