So I’m not that savvy with tech and I needed one page printed- Jesus went above and beyond not only to print my one page but helped me navigate thru Google docs and figure out how to even get it printable. As intimidating as the whole process felt he eased it no frustration added. I’m so grateful!!!.. Thank you Jesus

I am surprised by the disparaging remarks here. I have done business here for years and have had a mailbox as well. I take all Amazon returns here as well. The complaint about the kiosk is ridiculous. It is a convenience and the staff are not Amazon employees. If you cannot figure it out or are too lazy or entitled, go elsewhere so someone can cater to you and enable your behavior. The staff has been nothing but helpful,friendly and professional. Those who screech racism or discrimination are just entitled and spoiled. Don't put any worth to their whining. Great store!

2 of my packages were lost at different times. One package is missing right now and the tracking is not moving from when I dropped it off. I just seen that someone else had the same problem with a lost package. What’s going on?

They were instructing people to use a kiosk for Amazon returns. I had multiple returns- one for Amazon and another for a separate vendor so had to wait in the line anyway, which was out of the door. Once I got to the front the guy proceeded my one return but refused to do so with the Amazon one and told me I had to go to the kiosk. Because otherwise he would have to do everyone else’s Amazon returns. Sir, if someone else also had to wait in that line regardless then you should just take care of both returns. And the time you spent telling me this you could’ve just scanned the code and been done with it.
