Lost my package on 7/6/23 went back to the store 7/13/23 as the package hadn’t moved via tracking and was told by a guy to basically file a claim and that it’s probably just sitting on the warehouse floor somewhere at ups. Granted it wasn’t anything expensive but what if it was? That’s the best you can offer maybe they’ll pick it up and scan it one day no your cashier stole it and that’s why it was never picked up and still to this day 7/18/23 no movement on tracking. Sorry if it was sitting somewhere it would’ve been found by now.

Has what I'm looking for This location has it all, in store and online printing, document finishing, boxes for all your mail and packaging needs, packing supplies, shipping and helpful staff.My packages are always delivered on time and I never have to wait more than a few minutes for assistance. Today, I needed a fewv documents notarized and this UPS facility was able to accomdate my request. I was so glad I didn't have to.d4ive around looking for a notary.Friendly staff and reasonable prices, you can't beat that.

The 200 pound 6’1” individual with long blonde hair and painted nails (physical description because I’m unsure of name) needs a serious attitude adjustment. Multiple times I have dropped off packages and received quite an attitude from them for doing so. I spend at least $10,000 a year on postage with UPS and do not appreciate being spoken to like I am a child in middle school. Please see that the attitude is corrected. Thank you.EDIT: The person I was referring to is now gone, the rest of the staff is great. 5 stars.

I probably go to this location at least once a week and every single time I go, everyone is so helpful and kind. There are some occasions where it will get pretty busy there and I know sometimes that can be frustrating, but the team of guys that work in the afternoons are so helpful and patient and I can always tell that they try to make sure that I'm getting the best prices. I know that nobody likes to have to wait in line at the post office, and I can get pretty annoyed when I have to, but the employees at this location always make sure that I leave with a smile on my face! I have yet to have a bad experience at this store.

This location always requires multiple trips. They try to sell you on everything. Amazon has them as a drop-off location and it's so difficult. Go to the Broadway and McClintock location if you need UPS services. Don't waste your time here.

The young guys who staff this location are above and beyond in my experience. I get a handful of packages delivered there each month and they work really hard to process the lines and get you out of there as fast as possible. I have dropped off several packages over the years and the guys help as well as possible. We all know the shipping companies are prone to troubles these days. It really helps when friendly and pleasant folks are at the store to help with what they can. Please try to put yourself in their position. They work in a small space with tons of boxes all over the place. They deal with a huge variety of people who range from bored and detached, to friendly and pleasant, to outright rude and jerk-face. I appreciate their hard work and am glad for this location.

I run a small business with a UPS account. We do a ton of shipping but not enough volume of UPS to justify weekly package pickup. This location is near my house so I typically drop packages off on my way home. Dealing with UPS as a whole has been a massive pain in the rear: we're never notified of an issue until a package is returned to us, our account executive vanished so we get zero support, deliveries may be attempted two instead of three times before they're held for pickup, trying to log into our account online results in a do-while loop regardless of device (so I can't change our return to address from three years ago even though our shipping software and labels show the correct info), and why are their stores not tied into their system to pull up account info?! You'd think a company that can track millions of shipments each day could figure out how to tie their stores into their broader system. I literally just had to fix a shipping label and made the mistake of assuming they could take care of it at the store. Not only could they not pull up our account, they quoted me $30 more than our negotiated rates. I was forced to log into our shipping portal from my phone, purchase a new label and email the store to be printed off. I could've driven to my shop, printed a label and been back quicker.

Two boxes were given to the store for shipping. They were picked up with no receipt or paperwork, very unprofessional employee Greg Greening, he didnt seem to know anything. Once boxes taken, an hour later than arranged, we stayed in touch to make sure we received paperwork for our shipments. We kept asking for documents to be sent and none received, Greg was only concerned about receiving the money via zelle, zelle for a UPS store, that should’ve been my red flag. Today is 6 days later, and we receive both shipments, except, one of the boxes was labeled for delivery to California and it was received in Florida. The manager Mason Peters was unprofessional, rude and unethical and basically said it was our fault, even though each box had its own shipping label. We were overcharged for the shipping, which the Mason admitted to and refused to do anything to correct their mistake. So now we must pay more money to send their error to its correct destination, our shipments have no tracking numbers or proof that they were even shipped, isnt that theft, very unethical UPS MASON PETERS and GREG GREENING. You stole our money $201.49 and will not ensure delivery of the box they shipped wrong. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE, THEY GIVE UPS A BAD NAME

Tried to apply to work for ups they treated the entire ordeal unprofessionally the person supposedly interviewing me was some women from another country making me re tell everything on my resume being a complete robot not to mention I had to wait 40 plus minutes for this supposed interview over the phone then this women who could barely put sentences together puts me on hold several times going back over things iv already said completely unprofessional and an absolute shamefully way to aquire new employees

This store and their staff are crooks. I shipped a few packages, and "all were lost". They state now they are tracking packages. I think this business needs to be investigated by authorities! Store manager states the packages were picked up by UPS, how there is no scan indicating this! This location is a scam, they do not want to be responsible for packages! Customers be aware! We filed with the police a theft of property report, and are awaiting their investigation! Management there has been less then helpful. I have called and left several messages, with my contact details. I now have even filed with UPS to complain about this situation and to complain about this store!
