2 Employees in the store. 1 girl helping a customer and one guy moving boxes, never acknowledged I was there. I just walked out. Went to post office instead. No customer service at all.

Leaving Phoenix Arizona with a very expensive vase that couldn't be shipped by the artist, went to the UPS store #2020, and both employees were extremely Nice, Personal and VERY Professional. The employee that waited on us #208268 went to above and behind to make our experience pleasant. Thank you

This 1 star goes to Toni. Direspectful and rude for no absolute reason. I was asking basic questions and just kept giving me attitude.
Everybody else is fanstatic though, I have a good time when I come there except that one time. I hope she changes her behavior.
