Before I left Tempe, I bought an expensive keyboard for my recording studio. I left it in the hands of this UPS store to ship it to me here in Arkansas. Today, I received my keyboard. I couldn’t be happier on how Michael and Eric made sure the keyboard was safe and secure. I would recommend this UPS Store to anyone who feels the need to have special attention to shipping their package. Simply outstanding!!!

It’s hard to express the gratitude I have for the employees of UPS Store #2020 on Broadway/McClintock in Tempe. I recently shipped a package containing wrapped baby shower gifts. I assumed I was shipping to a residence and addressed the package to the expectant mother. After several failed delivery attempts I learned the address was actually a restaurant where the shower was being held. I called the UPS Store for help and was given several options. I decided to have the package returned to the UPS Store and I would pick it up. Later that day I received a call from the store to clarify my decision. That night I received a call from a UPS driver trying to deliver the package, which had the mother’s name on it; not the name of the restaurant. I tried to explain my error and said the package could just be sent back. A few days later I received an email that my package had been delivered, but I didn’t know where. I tried to call the restaurant, left a voicemail and never heard back. The next day I went to the UPS Store and expressed my frustration and confusion. Michael, the manager, promised to get to the bottom of it and said he would call me. I had little faith in that, but a few hours later I had a voicemail from him stating where the package had been delivered. In the end, the driver had found the restaurant, added the suite number to the address and delivered it. I eventually spoke with the restaurant who held the package for me until I could pick it up. Two days later I got a call from Michael at the UPS Store asking if I was able to get my package. Kudos to UPS store #2020 on Broadway/McClintock in Tempe and to the driver (Bell Rd, Scottsdale). I truly assumed I would never see my package again. I think they all went above and beyond to help me.

Worthless employees. Like getting paid to do nothing. No one was in the store and they directed me to the self serve amazon that i hadnt used before and didnt bother helping

Asked for shipping rules related to a product I'm selling and trying to ship. Both employees didn't know the shipping rules, didn't look them up, and didn't offer any resources to find the answer. I called a separate UPS store on Dobson and Baseline and they answered my questions.
