I’ve been shipping here for almost ten years, everyday, and you don’t find a better location to go to. Mike always takes care of me & makes sure all my packages are scanned in. Also, have purchased business cards from here, highly recommend

Asked for shipping rules related to a product I'm selling and trying to ship. Both employees didn't know the shipping rules, didn't look them up, and didn't offer any resources to find the answer. I called a separate UPS store on Dobson and Baseline and they answered my questions.

This may be the first review of any business I have ever written but I am super happy to write this one. I have been a customer of this place for 12 years now and they are super helpful, friendly and a joy to work with. I great to know the owners and manager thru the years and can't say enough good about them and all there staff. I actually enjoy going in to mail packages, pick up mail or just say hello. Great people, I have actually recommended several of my friends to use their services. The Best!! and you dont get to say that about many businesses these days...

I stopped by my local UPS Store here in Tempe on Broadway, to mail out two packages for my grandchildren. On March 27th at 10:50 a.m Nicole assisted me printing out the address labels, which Both packages were going to the same address. Also I am in their system so it didn't take too long to process the whole transaction. Expected arrival / delivery date was Wednesday March 29th by 7:00 p.m. So ONE of the packages arrived on time... no problem. Second package STILL HASN'T ARRIVED! It is Friday March 31st 12:18 p.m. This is/was for my grandson's "9th" Birthday. Which I would have liked for him to have opened up this morning to wear to his last day of school before Spring Break which starts tomorrow (Saturday April 1st).I am so disappointed with this last service transaction. By the way, Yes I called to find out where the package was, And it was still at their Glendale hub. Employee was suppose to call me back to inform me WHY my packages were separated. No return call yet.
