This review is about UPS in general. UPS never delivers on time and when a signature is needed it’s even more problematic. I waited four hours for a package. At 5PM I was sent an update to wait until 7PM. Still nothing. When I called to request the package be taken to a nearby location tomorrow for me to pick up (didn’t want to wait for hours again) I was told I had to pay an additional fee. What?? UPS didn’t deliver on time and I have to pay a fee for their lack of completing an order? This is why I highly recommend any other option but NEVER AGAIN UPS.

The customer service was outstanding. I would say the were extremely fast efficient and knowledgeable. Which was a totally different experience than the first store i went to where the lady rudely told me she dont do that there and told me a farther place than this ups store and told me it was the closest one. Keep up the great service with a smile and I will be back!🙂

Went today to get a package and Jocelyn was so helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend if you are looking to get service fast. She is the best!

I appreciated that even though a staff member was busy with a customer, he was able to just grab my Amazon drop off without making me wait!

The store owner apparently refuses to let its employees help people with their Amazon returns and requires all customers to use a self serve kiosk. Do not come here.

Went in today to drop off an Amazon return since I was in the area and the guy was nice and quick. Didn't get his name but I visited on 3/5/25 at 3:56pm. Nice location as it was empty today too! Ha.

There was a person struggling at the self check out for about 10 minutes. There was a staff member free the entire time (at one point there were 2 employees free). I asked the staff member to process my amazon return twice. They refused, told me to use self check out, and walked away. Why even have employees if they won't help?

Sharing here to address the blatant lies and misrepresentation by the owners. I left after dealing with an extremely rude general manager. The greedy lazy owner has decided to no longer allow associates to check out Amazon packages. I have multiple disabilities that prevent me from being able to do self check out anywhere. The general manager became angry and agressive When I advised I was not able to do so his job for him and check myself out. Despite using this location for all my business notary services for at least 5 years . His response was I am not his customer or a UPS store customer I am an Amazon customer and hr Is in no way responsible for providing me any lèvel of service . I’m furious. This is complete violation of basic ADA law and will be filing all complaints
In response to the owner… none of what the owner is stating is what her GM stated. I have always preferred to wait in line to work with one of the staff who are always extremely helpful with the exception of today. If it is about my preference whether or not I choose to wait, then none of this would happen. Your GM advised that per your instructions all Amazon packages are self service and further per your general manager not entitled to service or support because I am an Amazon customer and your UPS store does not make any money off me. I don’t use the kiosk here or anywhere else due to disability. Today I was advised in direct opposition to your statement that my “preference” to wait didn’t matter at least not to the extent those who prefer not to wait does. Thor is the first time I have ever had a problem, but your response is a blatant lie or your general manager and staff aren’t following directions as my preference was to wait for staff to process it and was told you no longer allowed it and marched to the kiosk like a child to learn how to do it myself because I’m not considered a UPS Store customer but merely an Amazon customer despite having been a customer of both your stores for more than a decade for 100 percent of my notary services.
