Great people. Products, meh, no different than other banks. I prefer free standing offices. Grocery branches are always crowded, small spaces, lines (if they are busy) push out into the produce section. Now Frys has this anti-shoplifter fence and gate right by the branch and cramps it even further. I will close my account, because they just don't have the presence that the other banks have.

Sylvia Navarrette helped me open my account. She was kind and very positive. She walked me through zelle, direct deposit and the US bank app quickly and professionally. I see why this location has five stars. Keep up the good work! Sylvia is an awesome manager! She was great with the other customers coming in and she was also great with the other teller who was working with her.

U.S. Bank/Visa online accounts do not have an available balance column next to the expenditure/credit column which is a breach of transparency. If Bank of American can provide an available balance column on its online account system for its users, why cannot U.S. Bank? Is U.S. Bank not as good as Bank of America. Is U.S. Bank deliberately trying to hide a running balance? If my U.S. Bank Visa card was not affiliated with my Fry's Grocery Store account, I would switch to another bank. I have contacted U.S. Bank three times to complain about this lack of transparency and only get platitudes and avoidances in return. Surely, U.S. Bank can accommodate its users online for the sake of transparency. I do not recommend U.S. Bank.

This location used to be superb but the staff has changed over the last couple of years and the quality of service has declined. I had a very sub-par experience today with the manager, Sam, who made my opinion of this location even worse. Sam was sarcastic and condescending while performing the transaction and his customer service skills really need improving. I left feeling frustrated and belittled so I hope upper-level management takes action.

This branch of US Bank is simply outstanding! Personlized, excellent customer service - I feel like they are there to take care of me. I've opened personal and business accounts here and have always been well taken care of - they know my name and care about my business. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

Never use US Bank for a Lease or probably anything. I leased a vehicle. I have the contract from both the dealership and the bank. US Bank insist that what I have is incorrect and the terms are different. They want to bill for overage in mileage. They sent me the contract and it confirms what I am saying. Their customer service rep says different. Unethical business practices

I'm very happy with this bank.Jordan and Brandon are great to deal with. I've moved further away since opening my account here, so I haven't visited in person for a while and am no longer familiar with the other employees. But when I spoke to Brandon during the past few days he remembered me, and I appreciate what he did for me regarding an account. I doubt I'm the only customer who's received an unexpected kindness. I highly recommend US Bank, especially this location.

Love using this bank. Staff very helpful and friendly. No charges to use most ATM machines. Do charge to get paper statements. Depending on the day of week and time there may be wait for teller service. Easy access to online banking. Automated phone service available.
