Made my appointment to get my passport paid the $40 and did all the confirmations the lady said that we did it wrong so we can’t do it, and we asked her to help us and she said she couldn’t because she doesn’t know how online works. asked if there was anyone who could help and she said no. she was very rude and told us that we need to pay more attention.

USPS charging $40 to consumers for a lock that has stopped working and refuses to fix it. I have keys but now cannot get mail due to them refusing to fix unless I pay. Ridiculous , Thankfully I do important bills online. Will have to forward paper documents to family home in another state. Great Job US government taking care of your citizens.Horrible horrible, have now had to report to attorney general and post master violationsMail forwarded too soon, box name changed without consent, either very incompetent or criminal action going on at this location. Be careful , report if anything like this happened to you also.

ZERO STARS!!! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH.. THEY LOST MY PASSPORT!!!! THE HAVE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY.. USE OTHER SERVICES EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE EXPENSIVE.. USPS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY.. IT'LL EVENTUALLY DRAG YOU TO DESPAIR

Extremely disappointed to find out the USPS can’t put in an address change request due to a simple typo. Same city, state, etc.Rep offered no solutions; just that they have to send back to the sender.They are unable to notate the tracking number to hold it for me to set up or anything.I am waiting on items for blessing bundles we are making to help those in need and I am beyond disappointed.I will proof read better next time.Coaching representatives to offer solutions to customer would be much appreciated.

This was a horrible experience. I am an immigrant who has been living in this country for only a year. I was waiting for my package and i got that the package was delivered to a 'parcel locker'. It was the first time I have ever received anything in a parcel locker and i did not know what it was. Mind you back home we dont have mailboxes at all, so i dont know how the whole mailbox system works here. I went over to the post office to see where i can find the parcel locker or if there's a code or key I can use to access it. The lady at the counter went to get the manager and he was the rudest human being ever. Telling me he was going to stop delivering mail to my mailbox because I did not clear it out. I do not check my mail every and was not aware that we have to clear it out everyday. My mistake, completely get it. But there's a way to say things. Yelling at me in front of multiple people, telling me that the mailbox is not trash and threatening to stop delivering mail and ultimately belittling me is not the way to go. I doubted myself a lot after that and felt horrible.Please be cautious of the way you talk to people, they may not know or be new to this system to know what exactly is the norm here. I am not arrogant enough to not accept my own mistake, but it takes nothing to nicely tell someone that.10/10 don't recommend.

They do not pay attention to hold mail request. Regular delivery person does, but every time they have a substitute delivery person, mail gets delivered. This has happened now a few times. My regular mail person deserves a 5plus. But the postal station 1. They should have better trained substituts.

Best post office ever. I know my user name is suss, but you muss truss this is the best staffed location in the state. Beautiful helpful and patient humans work here. A+ Done get me started on the shipping times as of late SUPER FAST. THANK YOU!

Adrienne was fantastic! She helped us with our passport needs and was fast and efficient. She definitely made the experience so easy, I was very unsure of the passport process but she helped in every single step and made the process so simple.
