I visited this place to change my address, and I encountered very rude and bossy behavior from an older man. While other customers were treated kindly, I felt singled out as the only Asian person in the office. After reading the comments on their Google Maps page, it's evident that Asian customers have consistently reported poor treatment.

Amazing customer service with helpful and courteous staff. They helped me find the best option for a package I was sending, and were incredibly patient while we went back and forth between different options according to my package's weight and dimensions. The service was fast, and the line dissolved quickly. Will definitely use this location again!

Fred is the epitome of “Service with a smile”. He is always kind and helpful. I will go out of my way to go to this branch for the excellent customer service!!

I understand frustrations people have with USPS but I feel this location was genuinely one of the best ones I have been to. The main guy who attends is pretty friendly and the girl who works there is also friendly. Yes, long lines can be frustrating but just try to avoid opening and closing time. Also note this location does not have carrier services. I do wish this location had longer hours but it might have to do with shortstaffing.

This inept, bloated, lazy organization is a burden on the tax payer that netted a loss of 6.5 BILLION dollars in taxpayer money last year alone. Dissolve the USPS. Apparently delivering packages to people's doors in an apartment complex (you know, like every other mail carrier does) is too hard - the only thing they're actually good at is stuffing PO boxes with junk mail.

The delivery people will not walk up stairs to delivery packages. They will mark it as mailbox full (a bookcase doesn’t fit in an apartment mailbox). There is no way to get in touch with the USPS.

Don't blame the PO for locking the lobby at night when the homeless use it as a bathroom, plus leaving drug paraphernalia with fentanyl that could kill somebody.

Went to return an item and greeted by a rude worker. Asked me how I was going to tape up my package and told me I had to buy $5 tape. When I asked if they just had a spare piece his response was “I wouldn't be telling you to buy tape if we had spare”.
