Went on a Friday afternoon, line moved fast and I was served with enthusiasm and friendliness. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

I went in to get my passport during walk-in hours. I arrived at around 9:30 AM. There were two ladies in front me and we had all arrived at the same time. They were helped within 15-20 minutes of being there, one after another each only taking roughly 10 minutes. When they were done being helped it was 10 AM. I wasn’t seen until around 11:20 AM. They made me stand for 2 hours. I also find it important to note they were not busy at all in the front. There was consistent traffic but not enough for there to be an excuse of being busy. I’ve never written a review in my life but there was absolutely no reason for them to waster two hours of my life like that, and especially to have zero chairs so I was standing the entire time.

Great service and great people to help me take the item i ordered from online, delivered it to my home, then brought it 45 miles to this particular post office to package and send the item back out to a friend. I fell in love with everyone that works here and will return to propose to each of them in turn.

I've done a lot of business at this location considering this is where my PO box was.
Stopped by to check general mail for myself. I was assisted by the Indian man with the beautiful hair who's been with the postal office for years. Please retrain him on customer service or take him off the front line. He is not customer friendly. Thank you!

Standard postal services are available. People can also get passports here, but I think it's by appointment only.

The Middle Easterner gentleman was so rude. I was explained what to do by another guy right by the entrance, and when I was trying to explain what I was told to do, his tonr was so condescending and cutting me off. Chris helped me afterwards, and he and the first guy deserve the 5 stars. The middle easterner needs customer service training ASAP.

The older lady at the front with the glasses was immediately rude to me when i walked in, treating me like i was stupid for not having my paperwork finished and yelling at me from across the room. Another worker stepped in to actually help me and was very kind and thorough. While i was waiting for my appointment i noticed she was nicer to a certain audience and looked up reviews to see if my suspicions were correct, if you look there’s people who have had bad experiences with this lady based on their race. I am Asian, noticeably, and i think that’s why she was rude right off the bat. U.S. postal, DO BETTER WHEN HIRING AND HAVING THESE PEOPLE REPRESENT YOU ISNT A GOOD LOOK.

Unfortunately if you are African American please stay away from this location is an older lady in there that wear glasses that CLEARLY RACIST! Her face show it! Her attitude shows it! It’s ridiculous, I simply came in there to do a return and she acted and if I was asking her to do more than her job lol! But soon she gets a white man she smiling and happy as can be. Also the smart remarks are uncalled for when I never met her a day in my life smh. It’s pathetic! And if USPS not paying you enough to have a better attitude towards people you should find a new job!

Although this location was very busy, the reps were kind and considerate knowledgeable so therefore the weight was not unbearable. Kudos to the Tempe post office.
