I had a problem with a package that did not forward to my new address. Although this office was not involved they were open on a Saturday. They called a supervisor, Emmanuel S, who called and started the tracking process. While there the line increased additional postal workers opened their windows. Impressive customer service.

Every person who works there has a horrid demeanor and no work ethic. You can expect slow service and minimal effort from a bunch sour mongrels who act as though they're owed something. I have been expecting a package and waited at home all day. Checked the mail regularly starting at 1pm. Between 5-6 a slip was left in my box stating that they attempted to contact me for a signature. Nobody ever came to the door. Then, when I get to the post office, the lady behind the desk tells me, "Maybe you need to check your doorbell." This is an example of the laziness I'm talking about. Yet you can expect them to act as though they're owed more than they get. Scum of the earth.

Worst experience. Went on my lunch break hoping to something shipped quickly and it was the biggest hassle. It was going to another country and I needed help getting it right because I have not had to do this in over a decade. Nobody would help me other than tell me really fast what I needed to do and I had to go back 3 times for doing it wrong and waste everyone's time over 3 times when they could have just taken a few minutes to help me at the counter. Getting a passport to Mexico was very fast though and they were out before I was

My issue is with delivery, or the lack thereof. I literally never get packages delivered from USPS. I always have to pick it up in store.Any other place delivers packages to my door without issue.I have doubts that USPS even attempts delivery. I live in an apartment complex on the second floor. If there is no "sorry we missed you" note or knock then I doubt they climbed the stairs before saying they attempted delivery.A family member from across the country has to always tell me there is a package at the store that I need to pick up. They previously wanted to surprise me with a gift so they didn't tell me a package was coming. Since there was no note left saying it was in store, it ended up being sent back to them after sitting in store for days without my knowledge. They had to pay $30 for shipping twice and watch tracking throughout every day to be sure they wouldn't need to send it a third time and spend another $30 to do so.The in store people are good but whoever is on my route likely never attempts delivery or even bothers to leave me a note to let me know that I need to pick something up.(Ps you owe my sister $30!)

If you ever need fingerprinting for a background check, avoid this post office at all costs! First of all, there is no sign that directs you to notify anyone at the counter. Woe to you if you just walk through the glass door. You'll get chewed out for sure. That's not the worst of it, though. The equipment that scans your fingerprints does not work properly yet they blame it on the customer. They told me I had defective fingerprints and that my hands were deformed so that's why my fingerprints wouldn't take after repeated tries. Plus they continued to bark at me telling me that I wasn't following their orders. After leaving in frustration, my husband went in next. The same thing happened to him. That's how I'm certain that it's their equipment and not the client. They need to calibrate it or perform overdue maintenance. I mentioned that to them and they dismissed it. Save yourself the time and pay the fee at a fingerprinting specialist. It as not worth the aggravation.

Passport renewal walk-in hours are supposed to be on Tuesdays from 9-12 pm, but when we arrived around 10 am, they informed us that we actually needed to be there at around 7:30 am (an hour before they open) and wait in line. Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to accept our documents due to a shortage of staff members. So, what's the purpose of announcing 9-12 pm as Walk-In hours? The only other option is to schedule an appointment, but those are typically booked a month in advance. It's incredibly frustrating! I thought I'd share this here in the hopes that other families won't waste their time.

I made an appointment to get a passport. They onky have 15 inute appointments.I did not understand the instructions on the passport application, so I figured they would help me.I arrived on time, and the passport clerk was helping another guy. He used up my entire 15 minutes and more. When I finally got to the counter, the clerk asked for my application. I told him I did not understand the instructions, thinking he would help me. I am 76 years and my eyesight is not good. NO, HE WAS NOT GOING TO HELP ME, EVEN THO HE USED UP ALL MY TIME. He gave me an application and said he might be able to fit me in later. Then more people showed up for their appointments, and I left. He was never going to to fit me in or help me. I went to another Passport Agency. These guys who work for the Post Office are ALWAYS RUDE, I have NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN ANY POST OFFICE. These guys act like they have all these special privileges just because they work at the post office. I am so sick of these people.

Staff is always rude and unhappy. Pamela loves when you bring her your packages to drop off. She says it’s easier than to try to jam big boxes in the little hole she’s so smart and happy to do her job every day. Like carrying a package is out of her pay grade. Pathetic service every single time and all I do is drop packages off I need zero assistance with anything and they still find room to complain. I just hope my packages get their destination I don’t trust these people anymore

I like this location. Experienced and competent employees. Plus, there's usually three folks working the front desk at any given time. A+.

Almost every time I come here there is a line to wait in but it always goes by fast! Workers are always friendly and the parking lot has plenty of parking. My go to post office if you're nearby!
