Honestly the worst experience even compared to other USPS. They actually charge $2 for one strip of tape. And refused to label that I bought from eBay. Honestly don't know if eBay or USPS is at fault for the bad label.

Unreal this PO has such a low score. Always friendly, clean and helpful. This has been my PO for 6 years and I actually really like it a lot, the location, the staff, the prices for a box. Big fan. Haters gon hate.

I'm a otr truck driver I stopped in in here real quick to do some official business & I must say the two Asian ladies behind the counter working with customers including myself are the most rude, disrespectful discriminatory ignorant people I've ever encountered. They are supposed to be professional and treat everyone equally w dignity and respect I received NONE! Oh but they were really nice to others like themselves hmmm... Maybe my skin is too white for them them? Disgusting and they should be ashamed! USPS you need to do better! They would not even help me and laughed because it was my first time sending out official business documents and I didn't really know how to do it and their attitudes were disgusting!

Now in April 2024, the letter carrier sent from this post office, failed to go to my door for a signature on an international delivery.
Later in the day I get a notification that my parcel is ready to pick up in BFE.
He gave the reason as "No Access to Delivery Location."
Which is pure bull.
(Oops, I meant Bullshit.)
There is no obstacle preventing him from going to my door.
I didn't miss him, I was within 10 feet of my door at the time noted he couldn't (wouldn't) make it to my door.
He managed to deliver mail for the other 69 apartments at the mailboxes kiosk.
He just didn't want to walk the extra 10 yards to my home.
I'm disabled, and have limited transportation access.
I'll be trying to get there at a time that I'm normally asleep.
I looked up the post office on Google Maps and almost missed finding out that pickups are only available be 7am- 9am.
Just two freaking hours.
Great, I'll be hoofing it on a day that will likely reach a temperature of 100 degrees F.
I'm going to find the post office supervisor and insist that this complaint makes it into the letter carrier's employment file.
What follows this note is a review that I left two years-ago.
This post office managed to lock me out of delivered medications for two days...
....A box of presciptions from my pharmacy was left in one of the larger parcel lockers.
The carrier didn't put the key for the locker in my mailbox.
I've flagged my mail box inside and out, trying to get the mail carrier to fix this.
I'm already out of some medicines necessary to live.
I called the Post Office and no one answers the phone.
Does them taking the phone off of the hook count as answering?
I don't think so...

Not sure why people say they don't like this Post Office. I have been using it for years and never had an issue. The people are nice and efficient and process the lines as fast as they can. If they don't have enough up front, they call for more assistance. Aside from it being FAR further away than the closest Post Office to me, I would recommend.

Fong and Jim saved my sanity after another USPS location refused to send my certified mail out because I had “too many for them to handle”. Fong spent an hour getting all of my mail scanned in and sent out, and Jim finished up the last of the batch since Fong was staying just to help me. So much appreciation for Fong and Jim!

Never had an issue here. I print my labels but there have been a few times I’ve needed assistance and it’s been fine. It can get busy here

Call center employees are useless. Post offices won’t answer their phones. USPS won’t deliver straight to your door if you live in an apartment complex. Use FedEx or UPS or even a carrier pigeon could do better

Completely uneducated staff, giving complete misdirection. They are completely unhelpful. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

We are suppose to have a pick up Monday - Friday. We are lucky if the driver shows up just one of the days… and our business is just right around the corner. Not sure what is going on at this location but Upper Upper Management needs to intervene. Service getting worse and worse over the year I’ve been working with this location.
