“I already love 5 below but I really wanted to leave a review for the employees. I have a new baby, and I had my hands pretty full with my stuff, the car seat, and breastfeeding my baby. 2 employees (1 male and 1 female) came up to me and offered to help with my stuff (separate times) I said no to both, but still really really appreciated that they cared, and wanted to help. Such great customer service. Will definitely be back.”

“We love this store but some stuff is extremely overpriced. The staff is always helpful and we do appreciate all the unique snack we get to try from here. Wish they better explained how their membership program worked. I feel like I got sucked in and it's been near impossible to cancel it.”
