100% do not recommend, especially for young adults getting their first phone plans. Being new to phone plans, I was not aware of what to expect. Unfortunately, Verizon capitalized on that and mentioned that I would only pay a sales tax for the iPhone 16 promo. I paid over $500 in sales tax and did not even sign a piece of paperwork and was under the impression that it would be $25/line and then some for taxes. I later realized that I was paying $40/line and was paying for every single phone and I had two $400+ bills to pay in April. They also added protections I was never aware of and was left with a monthly bill of $232. A far cry from paying $110/month. Due to their slimy actions and the fact that they didn’t even have me sign any paperwork, I decided to cancel all services and return the phones immediately. Just left AT&T with a legit phone contract and paid nearly $200 lower for their sales tax and will pay over a $100 less a month.
Update: Verizon has been looming a balance of nearly $4000 on my account and even sent this to a debt collector despite proof that they received the phones in their warehouse. Furthermore, they refuse to return the $500 I paid when I bought the phones initially despite me canceling all services within 5 days.
Update: Verizon still has not refunded the $500 in sales tax I paid for the phones. Truly do not recommend, AT&T and T-mobile are much better options. Verizon does not care about its customers.
BEWARE: they have a return policy of 30 days but they do NOT honor this. A multi-billion dollar company is refusing to return $500. Best to stay away from greedy companies who count their pennies.

My wife and I are going to Europe and we needed help with our phones. After trying unsuccessfully for days to use the Verizon app, we walked into the Verizon store and Isabelle was there to walk us through the process. She was amazing! She’s smart, knowledgeable and has a lovely presence. In a matter of minutes the info we needed was conveyed and will be easy to access. We couldn’t have been happier. A kind human beats an AI phone tree any day. THANK YOU ISABELLE.

Isabelle was knowledgeable, she had an answer for every one of my questions, she was kind to me as I am not tech savvy at all, and she was fast- I was there on my lunchtime from work and really needed to be back on time. Just super terrific!

I just have to take a moment to share how deeply grateful I am for Isabel at Verizon Wireless. From the very first second I walked in, she treated me with such kindness and genuine care that I instantly felt comfortable. It was not just customer service, it was compassion, patience, and a real human connection.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Isabel at Verizon Wireless. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with warmth, kindness, and genuine care that immediately made me feel at ease. It was so much more than customer service, it felt like talking to a trusted friend who truly wanted the very best for me.
Isabel took the time to carefully listen to my needs, asked thoughtful questions, and explained every option in a way that was both clear and easy to understand. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. She was patient, respectful, and professional in every way, turning what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience.

NEVER GO HERE! Not an actual Verizon store. Deceitful business. Signed us up for services we declined, all accessories are not priced and employee would not give us the prices until purchases were complete. Would not return accessories and repeatedly stated “that’s our policy”. Couldn’t talk to the manager and was told you’ll have to come back later when he is here. Did receive satisfaction once we complained online so that is why I gave 2 stars.
