Weird experience. I have an existing Verizon account. 1 phone line, one home internet line. I go in your this store to bring over my 2nd line and get a new phone. I ask about a phone (s23 ultra) he for some reason goes to the safe then comes out and says it takes 10 minutes. I figured they could look up inventory on their system, guess not. Felt like a stall.Starts wanting to look up my account and talk about promotions. I let him know I'm adding a line and moving a number from another provider. I also asked if if the one I wanted was even one they stock (512mb) and it was not. I told him my phone was unlocked and I have the transfer pin for the # as well. He should have realized I'm prepared, and basically a lay down sale. Then a minute later he's like... okay. We're going to set up a new number. I said we're done here and left. I can do everything online myself, was just trying to get it quicker in person. Should have been the easiest sale ever, even if not in stock. Go through the process and have it shipped to me, then end. I'll just do it online myself without the hassle. No clue why he thought I'd want a new number. Won't be going to this location again.

Andrew the rep at this store was so amazing, I was frustrated when I came in and he helped me and was super quick and to the point and got my problems resolved fast and efficiently! He was awesome! Would come back just for him

Gabriel helped me today. What an impressive person. He multitasked helping me and another person at the same time seamlessly. He suggested ways that I could get more out of my service. You can tell he’s really there to help the customers and he’s incredibly patient. It’s a very good look for Verizon and he deserves a raise.

Gabriel was a really cool and efficient guy, very honest, straight forward and reliable.Update: dropping a star since there were a few services I didn’t ask for on my plan automatically that I was not made aware of, and wasn’t told that the screen protector I was sold was 70$! My fault for not asking but still that’s too much regardless of the warranty or “Convenience tax” for buying anything other than a phone at a carrier store.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! They added perks to my account adding up to 70 bucks extra on my bill a month without asking me. Had me pay a device upgrade fee in person then it was also charged to my next bill.. my bill with my new phone was supppose to be 152 they had it up to 297 with their add ons they also changed my plan to a bigger plan without my consent and added 100 gb of hot spot as well. Don't trust these guys like I did.. I already reported them to corporate and my bill was taken care of swiftly.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing! He was so welcoming as I came into the store and went above and beyond to make sure that my problems were solved. He was patient in figuring out what we needed to do to get things accomplished and assisted in making phone calls to the provider to ensure my problem was solved. He made the whole process stress free and made me feel like he truly cared about helping me.

Went to this store to purchase a business internet device. It didn’t work out for my place so when I went to return it they told me they could not return it and that I had to have customer service send me a return label. Well after going to a Verizon corporate store and speaking with customer service, I find out not only that it IS possible to return it there, but they only tell customers that it’s not so they don’t lose their commissions on the sales. So basically I’m sent jumping through hoops to return an item just so the sales person doesn’t lose his commission. I will never go to a 3rd party Verizon store again
