Vision Collision did a stellar job on a rear end collision to my car. It looks brand new. They even went over & above when they shined up my front headlights. All the damage was to the trunk & I was very pleased to see they didn’t stop just in the back of the car. Kudos Vision Collision team.

I was in a difficult situation with a car dealer on a used car purchase and Vision Collison performed a full vehicle inspection with a report. They gave me peace of mind that I purchased a good vehicle. They also spent nearly an hour discussing what they found and giving me advice on how to proceed. Communication was phenomenal and service is the best I have had in Phoenix.

Vision Collision's customer service is top notch. They have integrity and their experience and workmanship shows in the way they handled everything. They even vacuumed dog hair from my car!

My husband and I visited this shop twice for the same type of work on a BMW we still own (damage of my own doing). Both times the front desk offered rides back to our house and a return ride to their office (the second time we declined the offer). Upon our return to the shop, and after an inspection of the BMW, my husband and I were very pleased with their work. Thrilled actually! The damaged areas I caused both times were impeccably repaired - like a brand new car again! The staff did an incredible job. Thank you Vision Collision!

Nobody wants to have to use a collision shop, however this place made it as painless as possible. My Sorento was done faster than I thought it would be. They fixed stuff other shops may have overlooked, I know I would have. My car looks better than it did when I got it. Will definitely use them again if I ever need to.My battery cable was loose, only downside was it left me stranded. But got it hooked back up and it’s all good again.

Vision Collision was such a life saver for us! Our A/C, battery and alternator went out like dominoes in the middle of the summer in Arizona. My husband works 12 hour shifts and with three little ones at home, it was just an inconvenience, it was a major problem to not have a second vehicle. It meant pulling the kids out of bed at midnight to go get him. Vision Collision understands the importance of having transportation and worked so quickly to figure out what was wrong and fix it! The woman in the office was sooo sweet, she listened to my oldest rattle of stories, kept us updated and was always smiling! My car was rear ended recently and I used Vision Collision for the repairs and went through the insurance of the person that hit me. I am so thankful that I got to work with Vision Collision. They made, what would have normally been a very stressful process, easy. They were extremely informative, knowledgable, kind, understanding, communicative, and professional. I worked with Angela who could not have been nicer. She answered all of my questions and explained the insurance side of things to me since I had never had to deal with something like this before. She made sure that I, the customer, came first and even worked with the insurance agent on my behalf as well. She consistently updated me throughout the process. I was never waiting to hear from them or trying to get ahold of them. It was also extremely convenient that Enterprise car rental is around the corner, which Angela offered to organize my pick up and drop off from there as well. Someone hit my car in a parking lot and of course, they did not leave a note. The impact did not look severe so I decided not to worry too much about it, well a few days later all of my forward collision warnings came on. Trying to avoid going to my insurance company I was recommended to Vision Collision by a trusted auto repair shop (Mercie J Auto Care). Not only did Vision Collision advise me on an action plan, but they also helped me get my car running and looking great again. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and neighbors. Great place with awesome people who actually care. The team was helpful and informative during the whole process. Finding anyplace that operates with honesty and integrity nowadays is more rare than I want to admit. It was refreshing to deal with such nice people and not feel like just another customer but see where they went above and beyond what's standard. They worked with my situation as it evolved to make sure I was taken care of in the best way possible. They never made false promises or tried to up sell me in any way. In fact they made every effort to over deliver whenever possible. Its a family friendly environment with folks who do what they can to make things right for you. I highly recommend this place for any auto body needs.

Vision collision was absolutely amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Angela was incredible and so helpful on each step of the way. It was unfortunate we had to be there (car accident) but I’m so thankful we found a small business who cares about their customers like this business does. Would recommend 110%.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This body shop has terrible relationships with insurance companies. Insurance company doesn't trust them at all. You will waste your time and money. If you plan to pay for everything out of your pocket, maybe this place is ok. All they want is money!Services: Body & Trim
