Always someone new for the back desk for your appointment, 3 girls gossip about everyone's exam and always on their phones. Making upcoming appointments get reschedule due to being over booked. I tried calling about my situation with my contacts, they couldn't help me. So much for wasting money on contacts when they keep changing the appointment receptionist.

The staff at Visionworks are very nice, friendly and professional. The doctor is patient, explains everything and answers your questions. They really take good care of their patients.

From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The eye exam was extremely thorough with Dr. Brett Freitag, taking the time to review the results of the digital reports and offered great advice for the continued care of my eyes. Tom, ensured I received the best value of both contacts and glasses from my insurance. The team, truly cares about the satisfaction of their customers.

Everyone was nice and appointment was on time. Doctor was thorough and I was done on less than an hour

Not sure what the person selling me the glasses was up to. I have even been on some complex real estate discussions in my life, and even that had sounded simpler than the sales guy made a simple sale sound.
Was frustrating and also almost suspicious how confused he wanted me to be.
Danced around basic questions, used uncalled for lingo, unnecessarily complicated a simple answer, almost on purpose.
It was like talking to a timeshare salesman on a mission to mislead.
It's just glasses!
The exam was great. Was good speaking to the doctor.
Everything after that was horrible to say the least.

The staff at vision works Tempe marketplace was phenomenal. Tom Dionne Amanda (Steve) the check in gal, & the Dr were all amazing! Thank you to the team for assisting my daughter & I Sat Jan 4th!

Eyeglasses once completed were sent to another store. I was notified and chose to drive to the location they were sent to instead of having them re-shipped to the Tempe store where I ordered them because I just wanted to get them. Once I got there they were not the pair I ordered. So disappointing. Now waiting for the correction. I will say the doctor that performed the exam and his team were exceptional. When I got to the retail side to order my glasses, it was not as great

I will recamend anyone and everyone who asks where I got my glasses from to Vision Works at Tempe Town Center. The prices are copetative, in fact maybe better than other offices. My wife just had her glasses and eyes checked, basicly the same proceedures I just went thru, and she paid what I paid, and she used her insurance. I dont have insurance and paid a fare price. Cant beat the staff, they treat you with respect and listen to you as well as treat you like a friend. Great place to get what you need in eye care. Highly recomend this Vision Works.

Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. From scheduling, eye exam and picking glasses it was smooth. Will definitely go back.

I've been going here for around 2-3 years and it's a good experience every time. The scheduling system they have for routine appointments is super easy. When you walk in, theres always someone there to talk to, and checking in is a breeze. I don't feel like I'm a nuisance lol
I got my preliminary examinations done within 15 minutes and only waited for the doctor for no more than 10. I was out of that place by 50 minutes, from check-in to payment.
Even when I moved to chandler, I still make the drive to this specific location because I know I'll get good service.

The Visionworks associate was very patient and explained things professionally and vividly for me to more easily understand. She offered options to meet my budget although I still think it's expensive! Thanks!

Outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, making my time for routine exams and getting contacts a walk in the park. Thanks again to the optometrist and the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.
