the slowest moving pharmacy i have experienced combined with bad customer service. they choose who they are nice to here. Have been sitting here for an hour still waiting, & i called an hour in advanced. I’m transferring to another walgreens right after i finish writing this review

I went to the pharmacy to pick-up three prescriptions. One of which was out of stock. The pharmacist first swears up and down that I was notified via text that it was out of stock and I continue to tell her I never received a text. She then counters her original statement and says the notes on my account say that Erin the main pharmacist spoke with me over the phone and told me ahead of time that it was out of stock. Get your story straight. Bottom line...horrible customer service with zero solutions to help the customer/patient. I would like someone to call me ASAP and explain why I was never notified and then lied to.

Worst experience I have ever had at any walgreens. On 12-22 I had major ruptur Achilles surgery entered this walgreens since it was closed to tempe st Lukes. My husband took a written control substance the tech was Kayla it would take 45 min so we asked if she could send it electronicall6to the casa Grande walgreens and she said yes. We didn't make it in time the pharmacy was closed. My husband went to pick it up today 12-23 said they could not fill it without the written prescription. We didn't know that and Kayla from the tempe Walgreens apparently didn't either. After many call to Jess the pharmacist and 5 hrs later still no pain pills. She said we would need to pick it up in tempe Walgreens. We live 45 miles away my husband has take care of me. I tried to find a family member to pick it up ran out of time and now it will be apps 36 hrs with no pain meds. I am curious and in pain. Horrible service what a nightmare.
