My last visit with Walgreens was excellent. I didn't realize I had a discount coming that was associated with my phone number because I haven't used them for awhile.
I appreciated the discount and the customer service. I didn't take photos because I was in a hurry.

The pharmacy line moves slower than a snails pace. Expect to be there for a long time with seemingly no explanation. This is every single time not just once in a while. Pick another pharmacy for your own sanity.

I turned in my disposable camera in November and they lost my photos, it is currently April and they still haven’t found my photos. They have been saying for months that it’s still pending.

If you have pet Rx, try Chewie first. They at least will fill the Rx in a timely manner so your pet doesn't experience withdrawals. I don't know about other Walgreens locations, but this one is WHOLLY incompetent on so many levels. My dog takes a simple triglyceride medication...not a narcotic, not a controlled substance...just a simple little pill that helps him process fat and live a little longer without gut pain. But now, he's going through withdrawals because this location lies and gaslights me and says the vet never called it in or that they have called the vet repeatedly to get clearance. The vet says they have called each time and even showed me the call logs. This last time they even spoke to a tech at Walgreens. Yet, the pharmacy would not fill it. I went Sunday and the tech supposedly checked the computer and lied and said the vet never called. So I had to take the time, go pick up a paper Rx, take it in, make sure they saw it had 3 refills. They said, okay, by tomorrow...ahh, but my dog now goes the 5th night without the meds. But just now, they text the Rx is ready...not the new one I brought in, but the old one that has been held up a week. Seriously, these people or their computer system are ridiculous. Either that or they simply hate dogs. So go to Chewies if you can. Sadly, Chewies doesn't carry this Rx. I've also contacted Amazon Pharmacy, but sadly they don't fill pet Rx at this time. I don't know, maybe I'll try Safeway. No CVS...they're actually worse than Walgreens! ?

Horrifying experience. The team here would rather send you to the hospital than do their jobs. If you have any other options stay away.

I don’t know how it’s possible for every time I come to pick up a prescription there are six or seven cars in the drive-through lane all waiting 10 to 15 minutes for someone inside to literally “hand a bag” to a car. This place is absolutely pathetic. I keep telling my wife to change over to CVS but this is 50 feet closer drive time. DO BETTER WALGREENS

This place has gone downhill, and I would advise everyone to just take your business somewhere else. 9h to fill a simple prescription that is time sensitive is just a joke. Take your Rx to Costco Pharmacy if you can, unless you want to grow old as you wait for your Rx to be filled.

I would have given them zero on the stars but they make you at least select 1. The customer service was horrible in the pharmacy. I tried calling multiple times and was repeatedly hung up on and then when I finally got through to someone he told me 30 min wait and hung up. I wasn’t able to get one word out. He was rude and I’m surprised they would have those kind of employees working for them. I get things get busy but there’s no excuse for poor customer service.

Pharmacy techs are rude, condescending and unhelpful. They did not want to help me by opening prescription eye drops so I could use them. I could not get the cap off. I will never go back.

I plan on purchasing some items but I was trying to use the bathroom first. The cashier told me the bathrooms are "closed for safety reasons".... I'll take my business elsewhere.
