Not sure what happened to the pharmacy staff at this location, but the service has really gone downhill. 45 min to answer the phone as they repeatedly put you on hold with out even greeting you. They are also running low on prescriptions so beware that they may not have the full quantity to fill your entire prescription.Would advise using a different location or pharmacy altogether.

5 stars because it means a lot knowing you can trust your pharmacy to get your medication to you on time, even when the doctor's office & insurance have given you a worst case scenario like I experienced today. Many thanks to the team here, they help long lines of folks with stressful issues all day long and are always kind and helpful!

I had an incredible experience at this Wal greens a week ago, so much so that I'm not one to leave reviews either way but it's the least I could do. Her name is Michelle (I wish I knew her last name). In 41 years alive I've never had a complete stranger who was not gonna benefit at all from me showed me so much love, and a genuine desire to help. She is exactly the type of person I would like to have work for me if I was a manager and of course if I was a store owner. Thank you Michelle for showing me such abundant live that day. It was exactly what I needed.

This place is the fucking worst. They never have my prescriptions ready, always act like we aren't there while waiting, are rude and sometimes unhelpful. It's always bad. Drive thru was closed forever which is inaccessible and I always feel like I am fighting for very important medicine. They upset me regularly and I hate that this is still my pharmacy. Hopefully not for much longer. ZERO stars if I could. some pharmacists are much better than others but this place as a whole is a shithole.

Made a 9:30 appointment for vaccine; showed up at 9:15; filled out the last three questions, (did the rest online ). Sat down at 9:20 - so far so goodWait... and wait... and wait... At 10 o'clock, after seeing others who arrived AFTER me get served, I ask the person who checked me in if they can tell me how much longer I will have to wait. "Oh, you weren't seen yet?" Um, NO.She asks the person who apparently administers vaccines if they've seen me. "Who?" that person replies. then comes a 10 minute scramble around the phamacy looking for my paperwork. 10:15 I am finally admitted to get the vaccines.I receive a perfunctory, "Sorry." After expressing dissatisfaciton with the service, I get an excuse: "Oh, she's new." After expressing concern and lack of confidence that they apparently LOST MY PAPERWORK for over half an hour, I was corrected, "It wasn't lost, it just wasn't in the usual spot." Well, EXCUSE ME, that qualifies as lost, until you finally found it.No genuine apology, no real concern for how disturbing it is that they (temporarily) lost my paperwork, not a care in the world that if I hadn't checked, I might have been sitting waiting all morning.Avoid this place like the plague.

Their pharmacy tech was rude they don’t do Covid testing but they’re booking online for Covid testing I wrote for 45 minutes come all the way over here to get Covid Testing and they said we don’t even do Covid testing

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years. The manager Oriana is disrespectful rude where is too tight of clothes to wear it's gross. It's like she's wearing her little sisters clothes. She seems annoyed. Whenever I ask a question. She'll never answer a question fully she'll just shrug it off. She needs to be put in customer service etiquette. I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone. Oriana, the manager is horrible and not fit for the job. Walgreens, please ask her to wear clothes that fit and be professional.

For the past year, my experience at this pharmacy has been horrible each time. They will message and call me to tell me that my meds are ready for pickup and then when I get there to pick them up, they aren't and I have to wait around for them to fill them. They also have tried to blame me saying they hadn't sent a message saying that. And EVERY time there is a HUGE line because there aren't enough people working here to help people at the drive through, in store, and fill prescriptions. This time, they said their computer shows they filled it this morning, and now they are currently frantically searching around for it because they can't find it. If you can go somewhere else to get your medications, I highly recommend it.
