The pharmacy staff will keep you on hold for over 15 minutes and will only pick up the phone and place you back on hold without saying anything. Really unprofessional and frustrating when you have a question or concern about your prescription.

I don’t normally do reviews but I would just like to say how awesome it was tonight! I had an issue run up here a couple hours before and came back to resolve it and two of the workers that worked tonight helped me with great understanding, kindness, and respect! Great service from both of them! Not a lot of the time do you get this service much appreciated and it’s much appreciated!

Do not get your prescription from this pharmacy. By far the worst customer service and they don’t pay attention to the prescription. I went to get my daughter prescription for an ear infection. The lady working had me call my doctor because they didn’t have and I waited about hour there for them to get and then I asked if they got so then I had wait 20mins for them to fill. However they gave me a prescription that was prescribed in October of 2023 for eye infection. Mind you, this from 600pm-730pm I was at this store trying to get it. I didn’t realized until I got home that they gave me eye infection medicine. I end having to go all the way back and spoke to a tall dude. I asked him does the prescription that get sent over tell you when they were prescribed. He hesitated and said yes. I then said ok so tell me why the lady from earlier gave a prescription from 2023 and on top she had me call my doctor to get sent over again for today. He try’s to tell me they gave me drops and look at the medicine like I couldn’t read. I told yeah your right for a eye infection. I need the one for the ear infection from today. Then he say well technically we gave you the right prescription that was on your file and prescription are good for a year. So didn’t apologize or solve my problem and says it was filled at another pharmacy so I had to go there or call the doctor to send over another one. I wish I got there name but whoever was working on 1/2/25 from 6pm-10pm you suck.

I know I could go just about anywhere to pick up prescriptions and supplements. That would not be a very smart thing to do. I couldn't think of anywhere else where could I get amazing service in the store and Pharmacy.
Amy the pharmacist and all the employees go above and beyond try to get everything completed in a timely manner.

This Walgreens seems to only have a few brands in their medicine section, had to go across the street for more options on cold/flu/respiratory.

This location needs a new toilet seat in the women's handicap stall. The toilet seat is broken and hanging on by one screw! Someone with a disability is going to injure themselves on that seat one day!!
I also wish the pharmacy stayed open until 8pm on Saturday. During the work week it might be difficult for some to get to the pharmacy and hold off on picking up prescriptions until the weekend. Making it to the pharmacy by 6pm is sometimes not feasible after carpooling kids around all day on Saturday. There's just a comfort know you have until 8pm to pick up your meds.

Seriously the worst pharmacy customer service. I called yesterday for my prescription to be ready today and when I show up to get them they have no record of my call or my prescription. I let them know it was urgent and they still wouldn’t be ready for an hour and a half. This also happened last month and I thought it may have been a fluke but seem like a pattern now. Get it together.

I’ve had times that I get a voice mail telling me my prescription is ready and when I get there it is not ready. TODAY 6-8-24 I received a courtesy call from a real person, I think she said Veronica but I’m not sure, anyway she said my prescription was ready and it would be put back in the shelf if I didn’t pick it up by tomorrow. I told her I’d be there today. I went about 1/2 hr later and they said they were waiting for my Dr. approval. They didn’t even apologize, they acted like I made up the “ courtesy call”.
