Horrible. They called me 5 times a day and early hours. They some how got a prescription for my son’s medicine and then tried to charge me $3000 because my deductible was not let. I don’t have a deductible for my prescriptions. They they said my insurance company told them that the meds had to go thru them. They contacted my doctor as well. All LIES.. I called my insurance company they said no they are no in network and to use specialty pharmacy we have been using. They explained we don’t have a deductible for prescription meds.Walgreeens submitted a claim to my insurance anyways even though out of next work and before ever speaking with me.. this is horrible

They are absolutely awful. Put in a refill for prescription and they didn't bother to tell me there was an issue with filling it, I received no texts, calls, emails, or any kind of notice that there was a problem that needed to be addressed. After sorting the problem, they submitted the claim to my insurance before they even had the medication on hand, my delivery was rescheduled three times with the third time being told I would get it because the person confirmed that they had gotten the medication in stock. When I didn't get it again and called, I was told that it wasn't in stock and the person I spoke to previously had noted that it wasn't in stock. I was then I would receive a call back the next day, only to find out they are closed on sundays so I couldn't even call them when I hadn't gotten the call back.I was supposed to take this medication 4 days ago and this company is screwing me around. After this fill I am never using them again.

Horribly slow!! Stay away from this home delivery pharmacy (in AZ). It was recommended by our Horizon healthcare plan to save $$. I saved 10.00 on the copay for a 90 day supply, but will NEVER use them again! 2 meds ordered on 12/22/22. One arrived 11 days later, the other one is still NOT here, on 1/8/23 (and the 2 meds must be taken together).

Called speciality pharmacy, they canceled order and did not notify me. Then I had to call all day on Friday, 7 calls, to get the insurance figured out. I was told each time I called that they would call back but never did. The medicine was finally approved at 630pm but now they will not ship until Monday. I needed the medicine on Sunday... Now the dosing will be off on the medication.

They “can’t find” one of my prescriptions that they’ve had for 3 months. I told them I was out of the medicine and needed it sent out urgently. They created a “ticket” and promised to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I reminded them that I was out of the medicine and needed urgent help. I’ve heard nothing from them. This is not the first time I’ve been frustrated and disappointed by these folks.

I have been using Alliance for a couple of years and have had a wonderful experience. It surprises me to see all of the negative ratings. My prescription is for a cancer medication, and I am transferred to their specialty pharmacy, so perhaps that explains the difference in service.

Worst experience with a pharmacy in my entire life. I have battled to get my medication sent to me for over a month. I am out on hold every single day over and over. I speak to a different representative every phone call. Some of the representatives are rude and one of them went as far as hanging up on me. And I still don't have my medication. I am beyond frustrated and upset. They have messed up my insurance information over and over again. They are the most disorganized business I have ever had to use. I don't even want to give them one star.

They do not send notices when they ship medicine so you can track even though I have requested. I asked for tech to explain how i can get meds sent that Post Office left with a neighbor and she had no idea. She said call back and put in a ticket. I have found out there is no guarantee you will get your meds on time. Sometime the meds are cracked in half. I called and the tech said they are still ok to take like that.If everything worked it would be a great service .Too many mistakes with deliveries.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Apparently they have two mail orders pharmacies one called alliance and one for walgreens.com. When I called Walgreens I asked the woman for the phone number to the Walgreens mail order pharmacy. I didn't realize they were two different ones. She gave me the alliance number. I called the alliance pharmacy saying that I needed a prescription fiilled and was told they take my insurance so I gave the number to my doctor. I called back the next day and somebody else says no they don't take my insurance and that I called the wrong pharmacy. I need to call the walgreens.com pharmacy. So I called Walgreens.com pharmacy they said they would send a refill request to my doctor. It's been three days she said she never got it. Whenever I call them they give me a different answer for everything depending on who I talk to. When I log into the app my prescription status is totally different than what the website states. The app says my prescription is processing and the website says it is delayed. So which is it? The app will also list different prescriptions. Some are missing that are listed on the website. I will be dropping them as my pharmacy and will be using CVS Caremark from now on. Do not use their mail order pharmacy they are a mess, they don't know what they're doing, they do not care and they are incompetent. I am not sure why this business is listed as closed. The mail order pharmacies are still operating for Walgreens.

Every time I called everyone was always polite and tried to be helpful but there doesn't seem to be enough training for the staff. There were constant delays in shipping because they needed more information or their system changed but they never asked for the info when I called them. The week leading up to my next shipment I always had to call every day, sometimes multiple times a day, just to make sure it was going to ship. A 6 month prescription that was fine the previous month would need to be sent again for unknown reasons. They would suddenly need my doctor's approval to send directly to me despite the medication being sent to me before without issue. Once I called back the new rep I spoke to would be confused as to why it was suddenly required because there was nothing in my file that would require it. This Monday I called to make sure my prescription would be sent to me by Friday -because something always goes wrong and no one ever calls me to let me know- and after spending 30 mins on the phone with a rep saying there was an issue but they weren't sure what was wrong I was told to check tomorrow. I called today (Tuesday 5/4) and after 45 mins the rep figured out that as of 5/1/21 my insurance is no longer contracted with them. That was over an hour of my time wasted AGAIN because this company is completely disorganized, their staff lacks knowledge on how their system works, and their leadership is lacking(I have spoken to managers multiple times). I'm glad they are no longer my specialty pharmacy because I'm tired of wasting multiple hours of my time every month just so I can get medication that keeps me from dying. I know how to navigate this system and advocate for myself and it's been incredibly frustrating, I can't imagine what their patients that are elderly or don't have someone to advocate for them go through.

Great experience and place to work. Management was a bit much, moody, never smiled or acknowledged you but other than that I enjoyed this job and helping patients get what they needed.

Any employer that uses this provider is risking LITIGATION. They have ONE JOB and they are absolutely HORRIBLE AT IT. Always trying to make excuse (or push the blame on the customer/patient). I've gone MONTHS without a SERIOUS Rx b/c they RAN OUT in their distribution and left me hanging for NINE WEEKS without the Rx (which was debilitating). Now, two months in a row, a debit card that expired (that we inputted the new one immediately) is this month's EXCUSE. They run out of the meds and are AWFUL at this ONE JOB. They get 1 star b/c you HAVE to give it to get to post the review. DO NOT USE THEM -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. REFILLS ARE NOT EASY CAN RARELY BE DONE ON LINE AND THE QUESTIONS THEY ASK ARE INTRUSIVE AND NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS.

My medication is getting filled and charged to my insurance. Problem is...my medication doesn't arrive. So I get stuck without medication and my insurance will not allow me to fill it locally because it gets filled and billed by this pharmacy. Where is my medication??? Is someone else using my medication ??? WHERE is my medication? And why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone?

Decided to try mail order for my prescriptions since Walgreens recommended it and said it would take 5-7 days. It's been a week and I finally called them only to tell me that it will be another full week and I cannot cancel. Now I am out of my meds, and even if my doctor is able to have an emergency prescription go through, my insurance might not cover it because place just filled them. I've already spent almost 3 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and by using this service I not only am not getting my meds on time, but it will probably cost me an extra 200$. I would never have used this service if I realized how incompetent it was and it seems that it's a running trend.
