The lady in the pharmacy is the most unhelpful person you could possibly find at a pharmacy, she will try to gaslight you into thinking your prescription is either not there or not ready, after making you wait 30min she always just says to call your doctor..then it feels like am almost endless loop of where is my prescription…..can you guys please hire people that know how to work the pharmacy or want to actually work………..

This pharmacy is not a good pharmacy. They will tell you 20 minutes. Someone will come in after you and they tell them 30 minutes for more medication. It is the strangest thing the other person will get served first. I don't understand. Most of them are also very unprofessional.

This pharmacy never seems to know what’s going one with my prescription. I pick up the same prescription every month and every time there seems to be confusion. Typically takes awhile before they figure it out and eventually give it to me. I was just there and told her my name and she didn’t see anything and instead of trying to work with me she started telling me goodbye! Going to move it to a different location with hopes they are better.

I predict this place goes out of business soon. Simple the doctor calls in a prescription. The automated system tells you it has been filled. You go pick it up and the person at the counter tells you there is nothing.
Then you go in circles trying to convince them that it’s ready. They tell you we never got it call your doctor.
But you know the doctor sent it because you were standing next to the computer when the doctor sent it to that specific location.
After 30 minutes they manage to locate it
Please fix your computer. Sometimes medicines are emergencies and not everyone gets the resolution they need.
Honestly you don’t deserve to be in business. Because no one deserves to be treated like that.
Look at the reviews and Google score that’s sad

For 3 different refills of my prescriptions, progesterone, and spironolactone, this pharmacy has always claimed they never received my doctor's prescription for the progesterone. It's my belief they do this purposely as it's for a transgender woman. I have physically witnessed my doctor sending it to them only for them to say they never received it. I need this prescription, its part of my hormone balance in my body and they make it as difficult to get as they possibly can, every time. It's blatant bigotry. At the very best complete incompetence. My experience here has soured my view on Walgreens as a whole. I will never, willingly do any business with one again.

I feel like they always go out of there way with great service and helping answer my questions. One day I ran out of insulin earlier than my refill date and they helped me request an early partial refill with my insurance to get me thru. When they are out of certain prescriptions, they look up the nearest location with availability and transfer my script to that location for pick up. They are a great team and have always come thru for me on stressful last minute situations. Great pharmacy team!

Pharmacy was very helpful with a medication I could not find elsewhere. The person who helped me over the weekend did more than expected in order to make sure I got it transferred and kept in stock for pick up. Great service!

I had the doctor call in a week before for the prescriptions to be filled and they said it would be ready by 2:30 on Monday. I come in at the time they told me and they are all out of my most needed prescriptions and now I have to wait till they get more because Walgreens is NOT worth the trouble they cause by NOT refilling people’s prescriptions or they give it to someone else.Walgreens got dropped by the medical insurance companies back in 2012 and here we go again with the same insufficient pharmacy company again! Doing the same thing they got in trouble with before back in 2012.When elders have heart medications and Walgreens pharmacy just drags their feet and act as if it’s not a big problem, it really effing is a HUGE problem especially when the elderly are waiting and dying from heart problems because Walgreens pharmacy decides not to have medication ready for pick up when they already charged the insurance company and the doctor already got paid! Let’s see how long the health insurance is gonna put up with this shyt again with Walgreen’s insufficiency

Terrible Pharmacy. Even worse customer service. Never answer the phone and keep putting you on infinite hold. Tech was so rude to me when I laughed after they didn't have my information after 10 months of being with them. Asked for Pharmacist, put me on hold after yelling at me, then hung up. Would not answer any future calls. Avoid like the plague!

Was told the prescription was ready on the phone (twice) by real people, not the automated system. Not even ready. Please get it together. I've worked at the pharmacy before at a different location. This is total incompetence.

Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time with this location. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes behind someone. Opened my door and asked the lady in front if she has been helped which she said no. I go in and one person at the counter and one in line.

Tried calling their pharmacy multiple times on 4/21/2023, they picked up the phone and put me on hold multiple times. Was put on hold the first time and waited for more than 20min then the phone line hung up. I called again later today at 3:40 to try to get ahold of someone, took multiple holds and 16 minutes before I finally got someone on staff. Had to do all this just to wait for someone, not angry just disappointed since I've been going to this pharmacy location since I was a kid.
