The baby formula and pediatric shakes should not be locked behind a glass case when the employees IGNORE the "press the button for assistance" for almost 10 minutes. I had to hunt down an employee to open the case, who dismissed me and told me to "go look for the dressing room employee" and walked away. It took me walking up to another employee to finally get the case unlocked. If you're going to implement this policy to deter theft, then at least make sure that paying customers can obtain the product without having to jump through hoops.

Horrible experience. Felt so bad for the pharmacy technician. Poor girl was harassed, insulted, embarrassed, and belittled by the manager. I could tell she was fighting tears. I would never go back. He is an egotistical a******* Shame on Walmart for employing such a l*****

Have been going to this pharmacy for years putting up with the counter staffs rude and inconsiderate behavior. I'm finally done, I've used them because it was convenient, but the heavy set male at the counter was so rude to me that the convenience is not worth it.

First time going to Walmart for my prescription and was asked if I wanted to sign up for text alerts. I said yes but Gina never signed me up! I never got a text, I think it’s ridiculous that they say one thing and don’t end up doing it. But what did I expect from this low grade Walmart. Very disappointed, won’t be going back! Highly don’t recommend getting any prescription from Walmart! Cvs or Walgreens is a much better place!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. First time I can't here I got antibiotics for an infection that I've had and taken before. The pharmacist was rude and asked many questions that had no correlation and have never been asked before at other places. Decided to give them another try because they're close to my house, don't even have one of my prescriptions and the other one I called at 9 am to see if it was ready, they said it will be ready in 1 hour. I come to pick it up 3 hours later and it's still not ready. I've been waiting for 10 minutes now. Worst place ever.

Got an alert that my prescription was refilled. Went to pick up, said it was out of stock and would be in the next day (today). Go back today and the same guy tells me it’s out of stock and it won’t be in until Tuesday. I tell him I need it before Sunday… he just shrugs and offers no alternative. Will not be returning to this location.

They never fill my Rx’s on time and we’re talking over 24 hrs, always over charge for Good Rx coupons and say Good Rx raised the price when they didn’t. I always have to call Good Rx and have them call the pharmacy. And they make it plain they could care less, to add insult to injury. Go somewhere else. I am.

I am an individual who counts on a specific medication to stay alive. This pharmacy did not follow instructions and now I have to go to the ER to get medicine.

The manager left at 3pm in the day. Leaving employees by themselves whom were not trained properly how to do their jobs. It was not Shane's fault that he wasn't trained to operate the Arizona Lottery machine/redemption. And should be trained before setting him up for failure by putting him on scan lane 3. There wasn't any employee that could help or knew how to do this function. According to the employee's.

I mean it's Walmart but still. I don't know what this thing was before it was a Walmart, but the building isn't suitable for a Walmart at all. The aisles are crammed together and you practically knock stuff off of the shelf just scratching your a*** They never have most of the stuff that the one in Mesa Riverview has and the staff acts like they haven't been paid in a month. The checkout is so slow you'd better look into retirement living before getting in line.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in to grab formula for my baby. I notice they don't have enough of the cans I want, so I ask the nearest employee I see, "excuse me, do you know if you have more of these?" And he said, "that's not my department. Ask the electronics guys". Okay...so I walk over to electronics and ask the guy behind the counter. He points to an old man with white hair and tells me to go ask him. I hunt down the employee he pointed to and asked him. He said "oh no, the girls at the fitting room are supposed to stock that." "So you can't help me?", I ask. Nope. I find the fitting room and ask the ladies over there. FINALLY someone could help me. I walk over to get in line to check out. There are only 2 registers open, plus self check out. But since Walmart's formula has the security device over it (for whatever reason), you can't use self check out. I kid you not, I wait in line for 20 MINUTES, even though there were only a few people in front of me. This lady is scanning everything so slow. Finally I get up to the front and she doesn't even have a key to open the security lock on my formula. She asks someone else to do it for her and tells me I need to wait to the side. I told her I already waited 20 minutes. My baby is crying by this point because we've been waiting for so long. I grab a manager and tell her about my horrible experience. She does nothing, and walks away. She didn't do anything to make things right, and nobody even apologized for this terrible experience and service! Next time, I'll find a different company to give my money to. This was ridiculous and so unprofessional.

Employees close the store early. If you think this will stay open until the listed time you are WRONG. Employees close down the store before 1am. The Frys across the street has the same closing time and will let you in when the Walmart will not

Red Flag: This Walmart is no longer open 24 hours per day. It now opens at 6am (heck, even Safeway opens at 5am). I parked in a space next to a space with a flashing blue light and a sign that the parking spot is reserved for their law enforcement partners. Huh? I have never seen anything like this in Tempe. The Yelp reviewer with the "Holy Ghetto Walmart!" comment is probably on to something. This store is a crippled version of a normal Walmart Superstore. Limited product selection and under-staffing seem to be the thing here. Speaking of under-staffing, all customers were being forced to use self-checkout kiosks since NONE of the full-service checkouts were open at 7am. Huh?? The message is pretty clear here. Not only is customer service NOT a priority, we don't want or need those pesky customers!
