Not POC or woman friendly! I went here out of necessity due to my information being stolen. Already anxious, as I had just been hacked, I walk up to the front counter and see a huddle of Chads and Brads. Some of them look over their shoulder at me and then the majority of them walk behind a barrier as to not be seen by me as if I didn’t already make eye contact with half of them. No acknowledgment whatsoever and then a few minutes pass and then finally one of them as he’s walking across the room to me asks me what I need. As soon as I say “My information was stolen, I need -“ he interrupts and says “I can’t help you with that” and starts walking away to find the guy that does. The gentleman that did help was kind and professional, but I was so upset and uncomfortable with having to be there. I even asked to speak with a manager which is something I never do. The branch manager didn’t speak with me then, but during my next appointment, she came in and apologized to me personally. By the time she came in to speak with me, I just wanted to get out of there so I just said thanks and left.

It was the worst feeling and experience. The branch manager white Karen lady was very hateful and prejudiced. This demon was abusing her position she determined her decision as soon as she sees me and she was very honest about it the way she was handling her self will file a hate crime

A lot of people ask "how do you define a good teller?" I define a good teller as M-A-T-H-E-W. He's the goat.

I need to speak to someone about my late husband's account at this bank. I do not have the account number, or an account with WF, so I was unable to make an appt online. I began calling on a Monday, and called each day up until Friday morning in an attempt to make an appt. You cannot get a person on the phone, but you have to go around and around before it tells you no one is available to speak to. I only had that Friday to take care of this, so I went in to the bank, stood in a loooong line, and finally spoke to a teller who advised that all of the bankers are booked, but she can take my number and when (she never once gave me the impression it would not happen) one is available that day-I would get a phone call and at that time, I would have 15 minutes to return to the bank- or I could sit there in the lobby and wait. I decided to run a nearby errand, and kept close by, waiting for the call- WHICH NEVER CAME. Not even a courtesy call advising I would not be seen that day- NOTHING. I had all necessary documents with me, I carried them around all day. All I wanted was some information regarding the account that my attorney asked me to obtain- but now, once I have the chance- I am closing the account. This was unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least.

Had to go in to get a temp check and had to leave to get my debit card. After waiting in line for some time and having to step out, Matthew assisted me immediately when I got back. He is incredibly sweet, and I appreciated his help without having to get back in line again.

Wells Fargo has a policy of not carrying for the community and or customers. The tellers are told not to be helpful

2/17/23 long line waiting for a teller, with only 2 agents behind the counter and one merchant window. They did pull a few customers out of line for their appts.

Any bad reviews some 20 year old social media worker will copy/paste some boilerplate response asking you to send an email to some black hole customer support about concerns… How about this, you send the message for me.….No actions are taken. Check out their reviews. This Wells Fargo Bank remains understaffed. This seems to be the largest bank location in Tempe. Then at 2pm on a Friday there is 1 banker available. The other 2 are out on a lunch break the hour before East Coast cutoff time 3pm. Hello!!!?!Let me repeat, 2 pm on a Friday, 1 banker (not teller), only 1 person handling this locations banking during the holiday seasons on a Friday the hour before cutoff. Understaffed and unfriendly.

I’ve never seen so many one star reviews for any single establishment. Wowza. I’ll give them two, because they have plenty of covered parking at this location.Went to close an account. Bank was empty. I was told their bankers had appointments. I looked and saw bankers sitting alone at their desks. Seems like their protocol is to make closing accounts as difficult as possible. Feels like my money is held hostage. This is exactly why I decided to close my account in the first place. Screw these schmucks.

Got to the bank 1 hour before closing and Waited in the waiting area for 30 min. to speak with a banker only to be told by a teller that I wont be seen because it was 30 min. to closing and All the bankers were in the back just talking. That is just being lazy. After 10 years banking with Wells Fargo this is the worst Wells Fargo I've been to. With only bad reviews here it's obvious that this bank needs a new/better manager.
