The worst place that exists, very bad service, the bankers stopped and did not want to serve, for me the worst experience, and Wells Fargo the worst bank in the United States, as soon as I solved the problem with my money I canceled my card, because They are disrespectful in every way, I am super sorry for having taken out a card at this bank

staff is beyond rude & lazy!!! the old ladies refuse to actually provide any assistance for a basic deposit. told me she wasn't able to cash it but i had no problem mobile depositing and then withdrawling within 1 minute of me leaving her teller desk.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. There were disrespectful/entitled customers complaining about the wait . But they handled it professionally and were able to handle all customer swiftly. Thank you to this Wells Fargo.

They do not stay open until 5pm. Just fyi. They will close the doors as soon as they feel is acceptable based on customers. Show up at-least 30 min prior …. My experience; showed up 5 min to close, had door closed and locked in my face. (Shame on me for waiting until the last minute but if operating hours state they close at 5, I would expect service up until then)… not at this location.

At the their busiest time , they had only 2 tellers open , while the line is all the way to the door . Both tellers were busy with a customer for over 10 min(I understand each customer has uniqur needs ) but the line continued to grow .multiple people just walking around behind the counter doing nothing. Went on my work break , ended up leaving after standing in line for over 20 min, and wasnt even half way thru the line .No care about wasting peoples time

I have banked with Wells Fargo for many many years. The issue I have with them is that they do not have enough large safety deposit boxes available (Lakeshore Tempe branch). It is 1st come 1st serve on the large boxes or any box for that matter and I have waited over 6 years for a box.

Update to owner reply: I do not need to email anything. My concerns are still here..Wells Fargo Banks remain understaffed. Large bank location, 2pm on a Friday, 1 unfriendly banker acting like she would be doing me a favor to help with a transaction. Let me repeat, 2 pm on a Friday, 1 banker (not teller), only 1 person handling this locations banking during the holiday seasons on a Friday. Understaffed and unfriendly.

Not even open during branch hours. Someone stands outside the front doors and tells everyone to use the drive thru, which of course has a huge line. This is completely ridiculous.Update: Unable to resolve my issue in drive thru after extensive waiting. Told no bankers available at this branch until next week! Avoid this place, go to a local credit union.

Extremely dismayed at the service I received today Accessing my safe deposit box. For over a decade I’ve had good experience and there’s always a rep waiting for me when I get out of the secure room with my box. Today I waited standing there vulnerable with all my very precious valuables while someone came to assist me to return my box back to its location. I should never have to stand there with my goods for any length of time! If you are reducing your staff, that is no excuse for poor service…. & for your staff to make light of the situation & my concern is frankly, inexcusable!!! Speaking of service your safe deposit box policy does not guarantee the safety of one’s items under your care so what’s the point of a safe deposit box?!? I am going to Speak with my husband about your service as a bank for us overall!
