The classes here are incredible. Jim’s instructions are easy to follow and his courses are calming and grounding. I feel like I have landed at my Yoga home! I highly recommend Jim’s classes, both in person and online!

We went to Nirvana this morning for a wonderful yoga experience, and Candice was amazing—both knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this place! The studio is beautiful—great vibes and atmosphere—warm and inviting!
Yoga Nirvana Studio (YNS) has moved again, and is offering classes on location at The Hackett House in Tempe on a fairly regular basis.
YNS was founded in 2008 by Jim Keegan, grounded by his philosophy of life and commitment to providing learning opportunities that build spiritual awareness and support health and well being at any age, ability, and experience level. Here, people can pursue their health goals, grow their yoga practice, and deepen their skills and awareness.
