Nina was so helpful assisting me pick out jewelry for my gf. She was super patient, not pushy, and understood my price range. I didn't think I would find something for so cheap here, and was so surprised I ended up buying something for myself too. Very good service and experience. Thank you!

Zales has wonderful and courteous employees. They helped me with an online purchase and when delivered had it ready for me. They were very nice qnd took their time to show me other pieces of jewelry. I hope to go back soon for another purchase

The assistant manager Sahar has no business being in the position she's in. She has a complete lack of respect towards the associates, has no sense of accountability whatsoever and the sole reason why she was hired is because the district manager, Clay Montes, has a crush on her which is utterly disgusting on his part. All the store managers and other associates know this, it's no secret. Clay Montes is extremely disrespectful and lacks any type of empathy when it comes to the associates and he likes to text inappropriate messages to people who want to voice their concern as he did with me. There is no real manager here, there hasn't been one in AZ mills for almost a year. The "manager" that was supposed to be overlooking the store is at Chandler and her name is Axsana. She's also the sister of Sahar. They both don't answer their phones when employees have questions but answer each other's calls right away. Signet Jewelers specifically this Zales location is operated with extreme nepotism. The work environment is now extremely hostile since Sahar got on board, she has no idea how to speak with the employees without shouting and being disrespectful. HR didn't seem to care when I tried bringing up the hostile work environment Sahar created because the day HR finally got back to me two employees were attacked. It could've been prevented had they actually addressed the issue with Sahar sooner rather than later. You can't trade in or upgrade your jewelry at this location since Tempe has some law that prevents this. I don't recommend working at this specific location because like I said the work environment is extremely hostile, there's no leadership whatsoever and the disrespect permeating from Sahar is constant.

I took in my fiancé’s ring to get resized in early March and they got my size wrong. I asked for another resize, expedited, and now it’s been 2+ weeks and I have yet to get my ring back. I have called them multiple times since and they are avoiding my phone number. I called from my office phone and got an answer, yet the ring still isn’t ready. I wish I could return this ring, the customer service has been beyond bad.

Very bad experience with this Zelle jewelry. My husband bought me some very expensive jewelry, one of those are earrings and these are damaged. I want my money back.The jewelry is terrible. Very expensive. The Jewel has little gold value. I do not recommend this zelle jewelry I do not recommend this Zelle jewelry.

Hit or miss with customer service and items. This is my go-to store to shop but sometimes the customer service is horrible. The ladies are brassy and rude, but my last visit was ok. Sales lady was pleasant and didn't make me feel like I was annoying. I work customer service too, so I know how it goes!
