“Thatcher has, by far, the kindest, most competent postal workers I've ever met. They've helped me with many small needs that they didn't have to, and shown compassion when something was amiss. Hard workers. We're so lucky. Be kind to them, they will continue to take good care of us.”

“I was there to pick up a generator that was being held for me. The staff was quick and helpful. Including lifting one side to place In the vehicle while I got the other. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you”

“I’m from out of town and stopped by to drop off a package for my online business. I didn’t realize they don’t accept QR code labels like UPS Stores do, but the staff went above and beyond to help me anyway. They kindly offered to print my label after I emailed it over and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. They even gave me a free pen! Excellent customer service, very accommodating, and genuinely friendly staff. I really appreciated their help and will definitely come prepared with a printed label next time I’m in town!”
