Thatcher has, by far, the kindest, most competent postal workers I've ever met. They've helped me with many small needs that they didn't have to, and shown compassion when something was amiss. Hard workers. We're so lucky. Be kind to them, they will continue to take good care of us.

Twice now my carrier has “delivered” my Amazon package in the wrong mailbox. We have a set of mailboxes that require a key, so it’s unfair that it’s getting delivered to a neighbor and I’m unable to get my own package. The carrier is getting lazy.

It’s d*** that the office itself is closed during the weekend and closed during the week before everyone gets off of work. I’m leaving this 4 star review mainly for bill one of the delivery drivers I asked him if I could get my package because I really needed that day he said sure and gave it me. Bill thank you so much!
