“I've been going to this location for about 5 or 6 years. And for the first time I got the BEST customer service. Jacob, I think his name was, was helping my 76 year old mom find some shoes that wouldn't hurt her feet. She has gout, kidney disease, scoliosis and she's had back surgery. So needless to say she hasn't walked upright in several years. This young man helped her find the perfect size, the perfect fit, and she wore them out of the store. She paid for them of course. She walked out of this store upright and walking normal. I had tears in my eyes seeing my mom be able to stand upright and walk without pain. This young man is knowledgeable beyond his years and I am so very grateful to him for what he did for my mom that day. I'm fact it was August 2nd, 2025. Give this boy a raise and a promotion. He earned it!”
