“I had rocks hit my windshield & cracked my windshield. I called The Auto Glass Clinic they sent someone to me almost right away to put in a new windshield. Miguel Rojas. He called me to tell me he would be at the house in 15 minutes & was right on time. He called me again when he arrived. He told me exactly what he was doing & that he needed to check car over before installing new windshield. He was very kind & didn't get bothered when I asked questions. He noticed that I had a rubber piece that had come off the car & I told him it broke off in carwash & I hadn't been able to put it back on. He said he would fix it too. I was getting my windshield replaced through my insurance, they came out on time and were quick with replacing and attempting recalibration. There was a software glitch with the line guidance camera and two different technicians tried to get it recalibrated. After they couldn’t do it, they covered my payment at a Honda dealership who also couldn’t fix it. Then the Honda dealership tried to scam us and charged hundred of dollars for the recalibration without actually fixing it and tried to blame the glass (which was OEM). American Glass graciously coverage the dealerships charge. There was many back and forth phone calls and every one with American Glass was pleasant.
I will absolutely be going back to them the next time I need my windshield replaced.”

“i recommend the employ just to do there job not more , it happened twice that my parts has light scuff on them so i have to ask them so if they can buff it ? it seems like they don't wanna work sometimes, even i ask them let me buff if you don't , i feel uncomfortable sometimes and i'm paying top dollor”
