“Had an online order that was pending van item the store had in stock but none of the employees could find the pick up desk assistant ( Dmarcus) was there with me helping find it asap and I had to make a change to my order he again was johnny on the spot helping me out. “This Home Depot has an excellent Garden area with tons of beautiful plants and flowers! So many people overlook this area of a Home Depot but if you are into gardening at all you must stop by Home Depot and take a look at the selection of vegetation they have to offer for both indoor and outdoor! Their prices are fair as well and they seem to have quite a few sales going on all the time.”

One thing I cannot stand when I'm working and I need something I jump online go to home Depot.com look they say they have it so then I go to the store but they don't carry it they don't have it it's not true it's a lie they want you to order it online. I highly disagree with that if you have it online you should have it in your store. If I look at it on your shopping list online I should be able to go to the store and grab it not wait two weeks for it to get delivered to me.”

“This is the best Home Depot. I am part of a huge company in AZ and I handle all purchases. I bought the wrong lg stacked washer and dryer online 30+ days ago and you are supposed to let them know about any problems writhing 48 hours. So when my team finally began our utility room build they let me know I got a gas powered not electric. After a good call with Home Depot customer service rep. She let me know the stores manager would accept this return for fair trade meaning we needed to buy the same model but electric. AMAZING I was so relieved. You guys are the best thank you so much for your help. Could not have done it without your support and understanding.”

“They will hung up the phone calll when u have a question within 3 seconds; when they notice u have an accent or who knows why. Tried calling the second time and maybe he hung up the moment he picked up the phone and gave me no time to explainmyselfbetter. Strange they get my 5 or more stars if it were possible when I pay my items with cashiers. The store in 99th Ave in Glendale, Arizona maybe need a person with good customer service picking up the phone calls some of us drive from the other side of town to shop there so a little kindness would be appreciated.”
