“This is one of 2 reviews. This is specifically about the delivery. Theo was the person who delivered my cabinets and flooring. I would HIGHLY recommend using him. Great communication. Gave me plenty of notice as to when he’d be at my house. He was organized. He very quickly unloaded all the boxes and ordered them in an efficient way in my garage. “After A LOT OF research, I found the shower door that I wanted. I paid the $55 delivery fee and it was safely wrapped in cardboard, styrofoam and secured on a palate with a lift on a truck delivered to my home. Thank you for providing the exact door that I wanted at a price hundreds lower than Lowe's and Wayfair. It provided the option of me getting exactly what I wanted. Then, Modern Innovations installed it whereas most other companies would NOT install a door by Home Depot. It was Holcum brand, well rated and superior quality.”

“First of all plan to be there awhile. The store is PACKED. Great selection of toilets vanities cabinets countertops faucets shower surrounds deep tubs medicine cabinets hardware towel holders etc. All same as big box. Actually it is all from big box stores. They have power tools, outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, flood lights, etc. Also a high selection of hardwood and laminate flooring. Outdoor and indoor shades. Cut to your measurements. This place is not set up like your typical store so be prepared to dig. Also dont be afraid to ask for help. The service was fantastic. Bought 2 Glacier Bay chair height dual flush toilets 1 piece complete with seat wax bolts and lid for $206 with tax. Will definitely shop here again. Take your measurements with you.”

I found most of what I was looking for quickly, but had to check locations online for several items, and for one item never found it because the online location was wrong and it wasn't anywhere I thought it might be (a hanging glass bird bath). I did not ask an employee for help, so I cannot say if they'd have found it or not, though there were employees around if I'd wanted to ask.Store was clean and easy to navigate. Plentiful parking, though the parking lot could be better lit in the evenings.”

“While I am a big fan of the gardening center, I hate shopping in the rest of the store. I never am sure what I am looking for and rarely can find it. Employees are usually hard to locate. The customer service on my last trip was incredible. I was responsible for part of the shopping list. An employee (Angie/Garden Ctr) saw me looking lost. (Ok, I didn't even know what wood shims were) and immediately directed me. She then went through the rest of our list and pointed out locations, making our trip shorter and easier. Our cashier Laura was friendly and fun. Then, suddenly a set of extrahands appeared while loading the door and Angie was back! What a great impression.”
