“I had the best experience at this Home Depot this evening. I brought in my dying money tree to the garden area, hoping someone might be able to help me save it. Berlin immediately jumped in. He grabbed a new pot, potting mix, and got right to work rescuing my plant. He even drilled the pot for me in the store and repotted my sick plant himself. I didn’t even have to get my fingers dirty!
I can’t thank Berlin enough for such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I probably looked like a crazy lady walking in with a sick plant, but he didn’t judge me at all! He just gave my plant a brand-new home. Truly outstanding customer service.”
“Today my customer service person was Juliet. We made a trip to Lowe's because my father wanted to look at storage sheds. She took the time out to explain the process and how to order a shed. I wanted my dad to understand the process as well. So I asked her if she could explain to him how to order. He does not speak English and she translated for him and spoke with him and explain to him exactly how to buy a shed online or in the store as long as we have the product number.
