“Every employee working there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Well above and beyond expectations. Specifically, Christian is the account manager that has helped me establish my business account, select products, and he has exceptional communication skills. Theo is an amazingly helpful warehouse professional. He loads materials with care and wisdom to ensure safety and security. One day, I had a borrowed truck. It didn’t have straps and I forgot. Theo gave me two of his personal straps used for his motorcycle. He also filled my tires up with air to handle load weight. I have confidence the rest of staff is also exceptional. Seems contagious. But these two treat me like family. Also, I am very satisfied with product inventory and pricing.”

“Like most thrift type stores, you have to check often for the things you’d like to purchase. Be flexible and creative! I was a little disappointed with the cost of things and when I asked about a price reduction on things, I was simply told NO. That used to be part of the fun of shopping at these types of places. Buy more save more. The store was clean and I was approached by a couple of employees. I’ll go back and hunt for more bargains.”

Chaz always kept me up to date from the time he ordered the windows to the time of the company coming to install. I am very satisfied with my new windows and will work with window depot again and recommend to y family and friends. I will take pictures this weekend and post. “My husband and I renovated the kitchen of our new house and bought Hampton Bay cabinets from HD and Adriana, a young woman who works at this store, was hands down one of the most professional and competent people I have ever worked with. She followed up via email to check in (just because!!), we had a cabinet arrive damaged and she made the return so easy for us, she followed up about other needs we may have. The store itself is good, no complaints, but it was Adriana who made the experience exceptional. She works in the kitchen/appliance area and I highly recommend asking for her!! She is amazing and will go far in all she does.”

“I went to Lowe's on 29ave/T-Bird Rd & perfect shopping experience, got what I need, & all the employees stood out that were helpful/efficient & 1 worker who rang me up Petra was amazing & A+. Petra made me feel welcome with me just buying a multipack Powerade. Petra even did my tap to pay cash back that her coworker helped to & they showed teamwork & her customer service was flawless with other female coworker she was near. I'll b coming back to this Lowe's as I just moved down the street. I was a Home Depot guy, but after moving right here & customer service i experienced today made me now a Lowe's guy & this Lowe's in particular!”

“I had to go there to pick up some supplies to build a shed and employee. I want to say his name was Kamari was a great help. Honestly, I don’t know what you’re paying in this guy but it’s not enough. This is the first time I ever tried to do anything like this, and I was not sure what I needed. He really wasn’t sure but between the both of us we got everything I did need. He not only just told me where they were, but he walked me to the aisle and made sure it’s what I needed it. This man has the dedication. I wish a lot of other employees had he made everything as simple as humanly possible he’s a great asset and I look forward to going back there and seeing him again, very friendly individual very professional and all-around great guy because of him my visit there was a complete pleasure”

“Coreen at Home Depot was absolutely outstanding! She helped us with a large order of plumbing and electrical materials and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping her customers. She answered every question with confidence, made great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. Coreen’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and expertise made a huge difference, and she turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a great experience. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like her on the team. We truly appreciate all of her help and look forward to working with her again. Highly recommend asking for Coreen if you need assistance!”
