Went to pick up. Large package. Customer service was some of the best I've seen. Yes sir, no sir and a smile was the norm here. Even the drivers made eye contact and said good morning

I used ODFL to ship a huge statue from Tucson to Chicago to a residential address using hydraulic lift gate and they made the whole process so easy for me. everything went just as planned in the Statue was delivered without damage even though it was made from fragile cement.

Always great to visit all dominion. I am not an old dominion truck driver, but they asked me to enjoy their christmas dinner was fabulous and the people were excellent and very kind. Wonderful company!!!
