“I’m giving 5 stars to customer service the people who helped me with the pod over the phone .
I don’t recommend using pods as they want their money up front even when it says “ pay as you go “ but can’t seem to bring my pod on time
This was a move Florida to Arizona
Ooo n get this they were going to cancel my order over 75$ which is the drop off fee because it’s not included wit the total lol
They say they are cheaper but no just use U-Haul
The metal box isn’t so metal more like fiber”
“They have overnight in front of check-in office but unloading is slow i wait 5 hour for unloading 4:00 am i on dock and i get my paperwork at 8:30am and you have do check in yoursself on check-in device”
